my idea : you made it, but at what cost? ending : you successfully escaped the backrooms to realize that it is now 2054 and your friends are dead. you were traumatized by the backrooms and your sanity is still not stable. *WAIT, THIS MIGHT BE ANOTHER BACKROOMS LEVEL*
This is the most well done and sad /nostalgic ending in this channel so far

The lucky fall ending: When you noclip in the backrooms, you suddenly fall level by level until level 3999. There is only a 0.25% chance of stopping at level 3999. You are lucky.

You find yourself in a place unfamiliar with yellow wall’s, you start walking around but you only find nothing. You try to find out if you dreaming and soon find out you are not and that you will rot here if you don’t find anything, but then you here something odd you start to run without thought and fall though the floor you find yourself in a calmer place and after hearing that screech you decide to stay for a bit and find out more of what this place is

You Accidentally No-Clip in the final level. Now there is nothing you can do to escape. You are in a endless level. The entities won’t kill you only whispering you will be here forever.
There is no food. No Water.
You are Alone.
"Endless insanity" Ending
One of the entities feeds off of your insanity. It has given you a home, as a source of nourishment. Whenever you fully lose yourself, it resets your mental state, starting the cycle of madness anew.
After all, fresh sanity is the best kind to break =)

Partygoers don't attack on your birthday
The Ending Ending: You have been in many endings in your time in the Backrooms. Finally you reach the last ending. Your creator has no more ideas. You then are teleported somewhere unknown where you can't feel anything no light, gravity, feelings absolutely nothing. The only thing you feel is sadness and pain. You soon realize there is nothing for you here. You accept you will be here for all of eternity. It was nice while it lasted

Wake Up Ending : You Pass Through A Level Accidentally, You wake up from a coma And everyone is shocked... Just Dont Tell Them About The Backrooms
Dead forest ending: while wondering around on level 8 you find a weird looking door you decide to enter it only to be found in a forest. I think this might be a safe place for the night as you say energetically but then you find a creepy young girl standing in the distance looking lifeless. Should you approach her?
Forever ... ending:
You accidentally noclip into a never explored level of the backrooms before. It seems you are the first person to enter this level. You are trapped here, this will be your new home. Nobody is here. It's very snowy. You try to think of a name for it.
Level 2347: antarticwhaaaaa???
Level 188: you ended up in the courtyard of level 188, you hear the entities coming to take you, you know this will be your last, but then you remember that the wooden center could be a trap door, you go through it, and have successfully made it to level 3999
Addition: You successfully completed the task and the doors open

Decomposition ending: after years of searching and wandering the endless levels and surviving countless dangers, you have become weak and frail and you can't go any further. You feel your body slowly fading away.

GTA Ending:welp you met CJ, Franklin, Michael, And Trevor In This Level, now you do some crimes with them.
It’s The Payday Gang Ending

After wandering the backrooms for a amount of time you’ve lost track of, you encounter a bunch of masked people who are armed with varying different kinds of weapons, they would ask you where they are and how to get out of this place, you don’t know the answer to either of these questions but both them and you feel like you should stick together in this strange place, afterall strength in numbers might help in this place.

You are talking about the "Lost at the stadium" scenario? That one is based on a memory of my childhood. Yeah, that happened to me, too... But it was at a water park, during a dolphin exhibition show

Wait.. What? Ending: After staying for a while with your best friend in a colony, he decides to take you somewhere. It’s a door, when you open it, it’s just pure light. Your friend says that he will miss you, and you decide to walk through with your belongings. You suddenly wake up in your bed, the sun rising and the birds tweeting.

(if anyone is wondering WHY i chose this, 444 is an angel number signifying protection from upper guardians, but it's the backrooms so let's be real, nothing is what it's supposed to be)

Fail ending:
You don’t remember the bad things you did from level 0 to 998 and you get back to the start
The "Be All My Sins Remembered" Ending:
You fall asleep on the floor of an odd numbered Level and Pinhead makes you remember every single deail of that war crimes you committed as you wither away into something for him to eat, too demoralised to ever fight back.

While traveling through Level 621, you're separated from your friends. Something grabs you from above. The next time you're seen, it's as a lifeless plastic figure.
Pac-Man ending: You go to level 1 but instead of what it normally is, it’s an epic blue maze and you need to run away from the ghosts.
I can relate to the lost ending, almost lost my parents at a baseball game and I was crying in childhood :p
Lemonade partygoer ending: a nice somewhat cool party goer gives you lemons and 5$ lemonade you become friends with him and soon escape together and make the world better
Signal ending: You suddenly find a place where there is a signal. You immediately call for help. Someone spoke at the phone. Who know's maybe it's an entity talking to you?
Dude… just imagine you are in the backrooms, you’ve been there for more then 60 years. There is a old radio on a wall, next to a chair. You sit there knowing that people you know and love will slowly forget about you as they grow older.. then you accept your fate, and sit there thinking about the rest of your life.
Inf Staircase ending : You finally got to Level "The True Final Level". Now you gonna have a bad time because you heard that this level is the hardest level in all levels, OOF.
sprigatito ending:
after choosing a starter for the new pkmn game, you chose grass. This sent you to a green land with bob marley playing in the background, marijuana trees everywhere, and tons of sprigatitos running around. They are very friendly and want you to chill with them. It's like Jamaica, but with green weed cats everywhere. (aka my made up level called "level sprigatito", class 0 place like level 3999 but all you need to do to get to the front rooms is to find the right plane in the sprigatito airport. The marijuana is smokable and will not hurt you in this backrooms level, and sprigatito is the only entity, who are very friendly and act like normal cats high on catnip)

Chosen ending:
You choose a butterfly. They are still watching. Who is watching? You may never know. All you know is that they are happy now. Suddenly, you are teleported back home. It is quite silent here, though. Is this really reality? You hear footsteps, but it’s just your sister. She asks why you have a butterfly in your hand, but it flies away before you can explain. As you look to see where it went, your sister is gone.. and then you realize you live alone.
Relief ending:
You decide to not choose a butterfly, taking the risk and not being careful, not realizing the
Happy birthday ending: As you entered level fun you rerembered that you have birthday! You explored level fun but... The partygoers don't attack for some reason instead they wish you happy birthday with the human cake...

Scp 001 (When day breaks) ending: You have are in level 94,you are searching for some food or survivors on the level and then you feel hot,very hot... you look at the sun, the red sky and sun makes feel you safe very safe now the sun its beatiful...

the requiem ending: you nearly finish the last stage of the backrooms but you end up in the same level then you try again but you end up here again. you are on a loop of backrooms trying to get an ending but it seems like you will never reach the truth.

The Train Station Ending: You woke up in a train station, You were waiting for the train but you fell asleep and you realised the train station was closed, no people, no friends, to find a way to escape is to get a crowbar, there is 3 doors to pick one is right, one is wrong. Please choose wisely

Minecraft ending: you end up in level 523,918,23 by glitching through level 47 on accident, and find yourself in a peaceful game of Minecraft. The entities weren’t set here yet, and nobody knows you’re here, no entities other than the entities of the Minecraft game. However, once they discover you… you have to take your pets and items with you, they could potentially be useful later…

The ‘good’ ending:You joined the MEG and after a few days,you no clip to a new level and you were about to tell MEG through a radio nearby but the radio was an entity and killed you.
real ending: you finally seek hope in this despair you continue walking your out of breath but then.. suddenly you wake up.. you’ve been asleep for 4 years you were in a coma.. but hey your out of hell! time to celebrate with caaaakeeee! 🍰

Endless road ending:
You finally find a way out of level 345, but now you on level 346, its the road. Everything you can do is just walk all throught it.
Its been several hours, but you still dont have find a way out.
If you didnt had almond water, you would just die of craziness in here.
You lost hope. You just lay on the road crying, because you know you will never find a way out.

The truth ending: you realize the truth, you doomed to wander these endless halls wondering if you will see your family ever again. You cry and weep as the bacteria of the backrooms start to seround you, you wonder " Is this really how it ends?".
Game ending: you opened a door and the 1st thing you see is a man with a black hood he says that "he will send you in to a game and any game you like and will make you the hero of the game choose wisely..." But you don't know what to pick and forgot what a game is and have lost your sanity..
