It took me way longer than it should have to realise that when Elliott sings, "It rarely gets below 10 warm degrees" he means 10° *Fahrenheit* , not 10° Celsius. And here I was wondering how a city in Alaska has a climate similar to Hong Kong!

Likely an inconspicuous stunt double playing Mrs. Pumpkinclanger, whereas Barry is singing.
Who was Mrs Pumpkinclanger?? We could see Barry Carl singing! I guess that’s why they didn’t do speaking parts (so they could get a double to play her), but half the fun with Mrs. P is that exaggerated voice Barry did.
From the final clue, about Osaka, there was actually a mistake. From Japan's 5 largest cities, Osaka is actually "#3", not #2. The country's 2nd-largest city is actually "YOKOHAMA".

James Avery was Uncle Phil on Fresh Prince and he voiced The Shredder on the 80s TMNT cartoon. He was a talented man who’s greatly missed.
