I've seen videos of him since tekken 4 and by those days gamers already consider him a tekken god and up to this day he's still a champion in tournaments, feared by opponents and depended by his team. Although he's not my personal favorite his consistency of winning has earned my respect. on the other hand where is mainstreet ryu you are talking about? yeah that guy was a beast in tekken 5. but he was overshadowed by other great players in t6 and tag2. How can you argue that he's better if he's out of the scene?

He has beaten my favorite players since t5 but he is even humble to admit his loses. Don't get stucked on the past man, this is tekken 7. it's not Knee's fault if the other great players can't keep up with the times. He is much stronger now than he is on last tekken generations. I wished nobu to win here but still he's the winner. I hope Triple H would beat him in a one on one tournament but as for now Knee deserves his glory!
