How to build your child's communication in play

Thanks for another great video. Any advice on working with children with ASD or social communication difficulties?

I like to be silly and put a train upside down or get a tunnel and try to fit a train or car that is too big to go through, sometimes I may say 'help?' and see if they give me a smaller one.
