Been going to the World Waterpark in Edmonton at least once a year since it opened in 1986. Jumped from the bungee tower in there in 2003. Been on the Zipline and all of the slides, including several, like Thunderbolt (the best slide they ever had) which have been removed over the years. The Flowrider standing wave and Surf Club in the Blue Thunder wave pool are great fun. The newer Slideboarding is unique and challenging on the higher levels. I did a video of the abandoned, derelict Wild Water Kingdom, which had more than 25 million invested to bring it back to life as Wet'n'Wild in 2017. Unfortunately, they have had some cool, rainy summers and then were shut altogether in 2020, and who knows what will happen for the summer of 2021... Worried about the survival of the place, with so much invested, and taxes so high in the Toronto area. They really need 10 years in a row of high attendance to get some return on investment. There is another waterpark in Hamilton, which i have never been to, but friends and family report it was really nice. I can't remember the name of it.
I actually have Ontario on my list for this/next summer (due to Covid) so it's nice to hear that the waterparks there are worth the visit! Wet and Wild and the one in Hamilton are both on my list.
@@SlideGuide The waterpark in Hamilton is called _Wild Waterworks._ I just checked their website, and they announce they will be shut for the summer of 2021... that's two summers lost. In the news today: Canada's Wonderland might only open for the last part of the summer this year, if they open at all. *Ontario is the most draconian place in North America for lockdown / restrictions, and it is killing all businesses.* I don't know if Wet'n'Wild is going to make it if they don't open this year with how much was invested to rebuild the place in 2017. I was at the World Waterpark in October, 2020 and then they shut in December, and all has been drained and abandoned since. After *SIX MONTHS* of closure, I am concerned West Edmonton Mall owner 555 corp might throw in the towel and cut their losses, and give up on the waterpark and other attractions at the mall, if they are not allowed to open soon to get revenue.
World Waterpark is definitely on my list. And since I have a huge desire for Canada's Wonderland, then Splash Works is definitely on my list as a result.
A great small family option is Logos Land in Cobden, it’s affordable, you can camp there or stay in the villa, it’s just an hour away from Ottawa and has a lake with boats and a water trampoline.
I have Been to Calypso and World Waterpark and Recently the Cultus Lake Waterpark. I liked all 3 but the 2 Outdoor ones were very Good in Ottawa And Chilliwack British Columbia. Only thing Missing is hot Tubs in Ottawa but the Slides in Ottawa and Cultus lake were very good.
I havent watched this video yet, so idk if u put Mont Cascades on this list, but if anyone is from the Ottawa region or Gatineau region go there this summer, its opened

gotta put the park names on screen when you're saying them, and link to them in the description or a pinned comment
For the most part yes
Will do. For now I'll put them in the description. A title on screen would have been a good idea though, I agree.
