I'm currently working on implementing a MIPI, I2C Linux driver solution for a Boson+ sensor. I didn't find that any of the links provided the I2C App Note referenced by the video. Could it be provided or clarified for me, please?
Hi, could you pleae tell me or send me solution to connect Boson+ to a drone VTX? Is it possible to connect it to the DJI O3 unit or Air Unit/Vista with MIPI cable? Or just with a analogic VTX with CMOS cable maybe? Thanks a lot
Hi, If you are looking to implement a thermal & visibile camera with a drone. We recommend taking a look the Hadron 640R along with the available development kits. The core utilized inside the Hadron 640R is a Boson 640. www.flir.com/products/Hadron-640R-Development-Kits/
The Jetson Nano SOM is still compatible with FLIR developer kits. For Hadron kits you will need to purchase a specific carrier board with the Nano SOM separate as the kit only works with the specified Avermedia EN715.
Thank you but there's only a couple businesses that still sell the EN715. I ordered two from each (four total) 3 weeks ago and nothing has showed up... Vendors say they're out of stock. The only plug-and-play small UAS optic is the XT series but that's only compatible with DJI. Seems like FLIR put Chinese companies at the front of the line and left the American companies a bunch of outdated and unsupported options. So I think the development kit is old news. For anyone reading this, check out Axiom optics. @@Flir
