We are all familiar with the term “Analysis Paralysis” - detailed enumeration of facts and data, charts and graphs, comparisons and contrasts, and plenty of what-if scenarios. But, oftentimes, silent on “therefore what?”
In this session, we will understand the aspects that can assist us to move, from mere analysis to approaches, strategies and directions. More specifically, exploiting the power of our intellect to gain insights beyond the analyses, achieve clarity in our thinking, and bring the focus to answers and solutions.
We will listen to inspiring anecdotes featuring ordinary people and Lilliputians who could digest/discard the data and analyses, and quickly zone in on what needed to be done to meet specific objectives. We will also acquire concepts, approaches and strategies that would enable us to become “superior”, to acquire a “fragrant personality” that would enhance our performance in all our endeavors and relationships, and empower us to lead a life filled with success and joy.
