As someone who’s lost a good amount of weight (was 209 currently 160) I understand the struggles of being overweight and man ima be honest it’s not a lot of peoples fault their parents had them eating horrible foods as a child and they just got into horrible habits but now that I’ve grown up more and chose what I eat I’ve lost over 40 pounds in the last 6 months
I’m happy to hear when I was a freshman I got my weight in check during covid and went from 200 to 140 and I’m glad cause if that never happened I would of kept on gaining.

But I think I lost a good amount of weight due to cutting down on my sugars. I barely was moving, I haven't worked out in a week.
As a woman gonna say we do lie about how our girl-friends look. Reason- Coz if you're honest they'd call you toxic and put the tag of fat shaming on you. So you become the bad person in the group. It sucks but that's how it is. But yeah one thing I always do is kinda motivate my friend , kinda feed in her mind to workout and lose weight.
