The sad part is that this happens everywhere. The worst part is, is that some kids are forgotten. I had two friends die in senior year. One I knew since kindergarten and another I met in 7th grade. The one I knew since kindergarten they announced his passing to the whole school, halted classes for a memorial, then built a monument for him all because he was a good track runner. Later that year, just after new years on January 7th 2016, the friend I met in 7th grade crashed coming in late to school. He wasn't into sports, but he was super talented at fixing, building, and programming tech. He improved the school to save them money, he never joined a club but was known by all of them as he would help any and all. He was an amazing kid that even the teachers loved. The sad thing is that there was never an announcement, the staff tried to hide his passing for us to learn ourselves, they didn't halt for him, The didn't build him anything even though he contributed as well. The worst of the worst is that they didn't even post his photo in a section of the library where they put up a memorial board to all past students that have died. They listed them by year. He didn't even get that. He was simply forgotten. We weren't even allowed to post his picture on our lockers. It was like they didn't want to acknowledge him at all.

Obviously not as screwed up as your story but basically and allegory for it, at my high school tons of really intelligent kids who did well in their classes didn't get any awards for their graduation since all the awards were just given out to the teachers' favorite kids, because they allowed teachers to choose who to award, and they clearly took that to mean to the students they're most cool with.

That it doesn't matter how good of a driver you are, you could be literally the best driver in the entire universe and still die in a motorcycle accident. It's the other people on the road who aren't paying attention that are the most danger. A motorcycle just can't protect you from an accident like a car can. Most of them die from broken necks. They get thrown from their motorcycles because someone doesn't see them. Accidents you would easily be able to survive in a car, accidents that would barely damage your car at all if you had been in one will kill you if you're on a motorcycle. You could do everything right and still die. My sister's brother in law died in a car accident when he was 19 too. Ten years before we even met the family. The mother was still devastated and still kept his room exactly as it was. Its tragic. Such a needless unnecessary death

The second they said he loved to ride his motorcycle I knew it was how he died. That's the problem with motorcycles. That it doesn't matter how good of a driver you are, you could be literally the best driver in the entire universe and still die in a motorcycle accident. It's the other people on the road who aren't paying attention that are the most danger. A motorcycle just can't protect you from an accident like a car can. Most of them die from broken necks. They get thrown from their motorcycles because someone doesn't see them. Accidents you would easily be able to survive in a car, accidents that would barely damage your car at all if you had been in one will kill you if you're on a motorcycle. You could do everything right and still die. My sister's brother in law died in a car accident when he was 19 too. Ten years before we even met the family. The mother was still devastated and still kept his room exactly as it was. Its tragic. Such a needless unnecessary death

That’s exactly how my cousin died at 21 years old on his motorcycle people please becareful and observant on motorcycles most people driving are not looking out for you so pay attention to all of your surroundings as much as possible..😢
My friends dads brother died from a bad motorcycle crash it was even on the news...
