San Gimignano, Italy

San Gimignano is one of the most picturesque and evocative towns in Tuscany. It extends, completely embraced in its double enclosure of walls and dotted with high towers, in the sea of olive trees which cover a hill dominating Valdelsa.
The historic center of San Gimignano is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in Europe.
The most interesting monuments in the city are the Duomo, the town hall (the people's palace) and the church of Sant'Agostino.
