I’ve not even finished watching the video but I had to leave a comment when I saw the second house. When you said it’s an incomplete building I legit bursted out laughing 😂🤣. Nigerian landlords are ruthless🤦🏽♀️ . Okay let me go and finish watching 😊
I enjoyed watching the video. I agree that house hunting is not for the weak, I recently moved houses as well, and I can tell you its not easy anywhere. Well done to you both!
I can t stop laughing, you asked what was the landlord thinking to paint with green 🤣🤣🤣.thank you for bringing us along.the writeup info on screen was not too readable. The way cost of living is high in that country is unbelievable. May God help us all
Agents will stress you eh, the funny thing is, they will tell you they found something, only for you to get there and it’s like a place where baba ijebu takes place! I love that one for 800k too but keep trying, you’ll get within your budget! Pele, the one for 1.5 is very nice too, if you can get someone like a friend to share with you guys so you can split the rent, if not, just keep looking for one within your budget, cause you still need to pay for caution fee, agent and commission!
The door of the 1st apartment is hilarious. Agents will do anything to make you rent even hell. The 2nd house kitchen is like a box room 😋. Apartment 3 is not bad but it looks like a hostel. Apartment 4 perfect from what I see. Apartment 5 perfect but expensive. I advice you extend your tentacles towards ajao Airport and ago or look out of old buildings as they are cheaper and more spacious
The door of the first house is quite laughable, the reason why I am going for the areas listed is because my 9 to 5 and that of my sister’s is around these areas.
Thanks for sharing your house hunting experience. Did you finally get the apartment of your choice? I know it's been 2years but I really need help. I'm looking for a comfortable self-contained apartment on the mainland, Yaba or Ojulegba axis. Kindly link me up with a good agent. The once I've met are ripping me off and not honest 😢. Thanks in anticipation.
Yes I did, the next video I did was my empty apartment tour. You can check it out, send me a dm on instagram I will share my agent’s contact there. You’re welcome hun 🤎
House haunting can be very hectic in Lagos state. Especially those agents, you will inform them of the kind of property you want but they will take you to another one. Did he say that’s kitchen 😂, where is the cabinet? Oh they are still building. Lagos apartments are so small and expensive
house hunting is always so stressful...the ones you will like the budget will not be so good..it is well o 2bedroom with one toilet they did it to save land..
@@KatherineUseh Thanks for asking sister. You might not realise but there a huge demand for these types of videos that helps people like us looking to relocate to LAGOS. You have potential because of your good nature.. But do shoot properly and edit like a pro to boost your channel. 🙏🙏🙏
Girl, the glow in the day 2 video has me drooling 🥵🥵🥵❤️❤️❤️ But, why are houses in Lagos this expensive bayi??? And I was saying 400k for a mini flat (palour, and a room, kitchen and toilet) is too much In asaba. Omo, all these landlords should be camping down o, we too are suffering from harsh economic just as they are.😭😭 Good luck on the hunt my darling 😘
@@KatherineUseh but you can atleast tell which house you won't even wanna try. Right now,, I can tell which house is good or bad by seeing this video you posted.
@@teemakin7364 that’s the thing, Lagos agents never take their time when making videos, I saw some videos visited the place and didn’t want to go in, so with the reality on ground, it’s better to go for inspection yourself and not count on their pictures or videos.
That first house is a NO NO ! 600k small ke 😒 That green house eh , looks like a shopping complex, what kind of toilet door is that sef . That second agent is a confused person , honestly.
Omo! Your glow on the second day sha! But Nigerian agents and taking you to houses that are way above your budget! I’m sorry about the agent that pissed you off, some of them are from the devil 🤣
I had to wake my cousin up that day to go see houses with that second agent, I was so furious. The sunlight couldn’t compete with my Glo that day ehhhh
You wouldn’t know how bad these things are until you start house hunting yourself. The houses are so expensive and the landlords or developers are not providing value
But why are kitchens not spacious? For me I think houses in the West Africa is cheaper compared to other parts of African countries i have lived or visited just that Lagos landlords are so generous here in the central Africa, they will ask you to finish building the house to your taste and then when you finish the next month, he comes to tell you that the rent has increased. Weldon dear.

To think that someone has moved into the self contain in that second house. She is the only tenant who has moved in

Sad how houses are really expensive over there, but I’m glad you guys finally found a place you like😌🙌🙏

A room was small the agent said when they put tiles it will be bigger, how na
I like the first one
Okay
Lovely videos. At least the agents didn’t take you to terrible places.

House hunting is a pain, some of the places are unfinished. tfs😍
Yes they are

You could see the glow as well, the sun couldn’t compete with me, lol.
Most of these houses are by developers, this one’s only care about their money
😂😂 same question I had in mind when I saw the green building, like why, of all colours
The prices of apartments now are so scary it's ridiculous
Very very ridiculous
And the houses aren’t even matching the price
How on earth will anyone paint their house those shade of green sef
Why can't lagos agent make videos and send it to renters and let them pick what they like instead of visiting the site one by one. Doesn't make sense
Even if they do, you can’t tell if the house is what you would like by their videos, it’s always better to go for inspection yourself

Here to support a starter💃🏻, your video quality is cool. Do you use phone??
Thank you so much. Yes I film with my iPhone XR
I'm also looking for a mini flat in that area and same budget but I haven't seen an agent yet
DM me on Instagram, I can send you the contact no of one of the agents I used
Lmaoo everything was just wrong with apartment 2😂,God abeg😂💀
Apartment 2, was an incomplete building, I just tire for these agents

600k small ke 😒

So frustrating, but thank God, empty apartment tour coming soon
House hunting in Lagos is not for the weak. I am seeing someone wearing salvation ministries shirt❤️
It’s not oooo. Yes we were all house hunting together using the same agent
Why do you want to move out?
This was over a year ago
You sha vlog for us now, don't be annoyed.
Not anymore, thanks 😊
House hunting in Lagos is the absolute ghetto😿
Let me keep watching
It is ehhhhh
👏👏
The third apartment even tried there’s kitchen cabinet
You’ll see some ehnnn let me just keepkayet 😂😂
What kind of kitchen cabinet is that, lol. All these developers will not make heaven with this kind of behavior oooo
@@KatherineUseh 🤣🤣🤣🤣
My dear, may God help you! These houses look like something for the prices I'm even seeing. lol
You wouldn’t know how bad these things are until you start house hunting yourself. The houses are so expensive and the landlords or developers are not providing value
the toilets are just on another level of grouse, odiegwu! Lagos Landlords ooooo, zero maintenance culture.
ZERO maintenance culture in every sector in Nigeria, maintenance is a big problem we have
The price for the first house is too much considering the building pattern and size. Omo Lagos agents are cashing out oo 😂😂
The first house was the cheapest house I saw
Is it just me or they are expensive. Lagos agent and money.
They are very expensive oooo
House is now expensive o , here in lagos
Yes ooo
Crazy 😢😢😢😢😢 I can’t believe I will be paying a 1m for a mini flat. Please when you see a new tenant give them a hug.
🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 you’ve got this
Why did they join the toilet and bath
It’s the sad reality of Lagos houses, just very few houses have separate toilet and bathroom
mini flat 600k, wow
It used to be from N500k now it’s from N600k to N1,000,000
Agents will legit take you to places they can't even live in
Are you sure they can’t live in these places? I think some of them can
All I can say is Omoooo
I am curious to know what part of the video prompted this comment
Green is the color of money naa lol
😂🤣

The kitchens for mini flats are so tiny because they assume that single people don’t need space in the kitchen but we do. Thank you hun 🤎🥰
Oh interesting...because Lagos landlords are not so nice oh
That’s what they do ooo😂😂😂
They would waste your time ehnnn and still come and show you rubbish. Pele dear😄
It’s so annoying, they will collect consultation/inspection fee and still waste your time
@@KatherineUseh I hope you get something nice soon

What is this ??? What kind of rubbish houses is this???
