the light blue standard bolts by Steambow are for the 35lbs and the 55lbs bows. they are to light for the 90lbs. take 10-13g bodkins for the 90lbs and you will be happy with that.

you can shoot any arrows thats the hole ideal. the adler botlts so you can shoot brud heads for hunting
