The "Strive Valentine" skins are Elphelt Valentine over Pyra and Ramlethal Valentine over Mythra, watned to clear up any potential confusion since "Valentine" is another character in Guilty Gear who isn't in nor mentioned in Strive. Confusing I know, but that's guilty gear for you
In the vibrant city of Hamburg, Germany, Erik Müller's fascination with technology and gaming had always set him apart. From a young age, he had a knack for understanding how things worked, and his collection of consoles was his pride and joy. Among them, the Nintendo 3DS held a special place in his heart. Its sleek design and innovative gameplay captivated Erik, but it was its potential beyond its factory settings that truly intrigued him. Erik stumbled upon the world of console modding during his college years. What started as a curious exploration of custom firmware and homebrew software soon became an all-consuming passion. He spent countless late nights poring over forums, downloading tools, and experimenting with his 3DS. With each successful modification, he felt a surge of accomplishment, believing he was pushing the limits of what his device could do. However, as Erik's proficiency grew, so did the risks. In his quest for customization, he inadvertently crossed into legally murky territory. Modifying consoles to run unofficial software and bypassing digital rights management (DRM) measures was not just a hobby-it was a violation of Nintendo's terms of service and intellectual property rights. Erik's activities did not go unnoticed. Nintendo, fiercely protective of its intellectual property and revenue streams, had a sophisticated system in place to monitor and combat piracy and unauthorized modifications. When reports of widespread modding and sales of pre-modded consoles surfaced, Nintendo launched an investigation. In early autumn, Erik's life took a drastic turn. A knock on his door heralded the arrival of legal notices and cease-and-desist orders. Nintendo had filed a lawsuit against him and several others involved in the modding community. The charges were serious: copyright infringement, circumvention of technological protection measures, and contributing to the proliferation of pirated content. Erik found himself embroiled in a legal battle that threatened to consume everything he held dear. His once-stable career as a software developer faltered as the stress of litigation mounted. Financially drained and emotionally battered, he struggled to comprehend the magnitude of Nintendo's accusations. The legal proceedings were relentless. Nintendo's legal team, armed with evidence gathered from online forums and sales records, painted Erik as a flagrant violator of copyright law and a threat to their business model. They sought substantial damages, not just to recoup alleged losses but also to deter others from following in Erik's footsteps. As the case unfolded, Erik's personal life unraveled. His marriage, strained by his preoccupation with modding and the ensuing legal turmoil, eventually succumbed to the pressure. His wife, unable to bear the constant stress and uncertainty, left him, taking their shared dreams of a future together with her. Despite the mounting evidence against him, Erik remained steadfast in his belief that he had done nothing wrong. He argued passionately that consumers should have the right to modify devices they legally owned, citing principles of fair use and technological innovation. However, the legal system and Nintendo's corporate interests proved formidable opponents. In the end, Erik faced a harsh reality. The court ruled against him, imposing significant financial penalties and legal fees. The once-promising young man from Hamburg now faced a bleak future, burdened by debt and a tarnished reputation. His passion for technology had led him down a path of unintended consequences, leaving behind shattered relationships and a cautionary tale of the dangers of unchecked enthusiasm. Looking back on his journey, Erik realized the folly of his actions. While his love for gaming and technology had driven him to explore the boundaries of his devices, the repercussions of his choices were profound. He understood now the importance of respecting intellectual property rights and the legal ramifications of unauthorized modifications. As Erik navigated the aftermath of his ordeal, he became an advocate for responsible consumer behavior and digital rights awareness. He cautioned others against following in his footsteps, emphasizing the legal, financial, and personal risks involved in modding consoles like the Nintendo 3DS without proper authorization. Ultimately, Erik's story serves as a poignant reminder that while technology offers endless possibilities for creativity and exploration, it must be approached with caution and respect for legal boundaries. Modding a Nintendo 3DS, or any device, should only be done within the confines of the law and with a clear understanding of the potential consequences. For Erik Müller, the price of his passion was far higher than he ever imagined. Sincerely, Erik's Fat Mom.
You know what I'd like to see? A mod that shuffled the characters movesets. Like you could play as Bowser but have Luigi's movesets and taunts. Or Yoshi with Captain Falcon's moves.
It's criminal how you dont know Shantae from the Shantae series with its sixth installment releasing on Gameboy Advance next year. She isn't POPULAR popular, but has been a super highly requested character for YEARS, she even has Spirits, a Mii Costume and a Music Track in the game. I'm so glad she placed #1 despite completely original characters and other stuff being on the list, that's my fuckin girl!! We love Shantae
1:04 the characters being referenced are named Elphelt and Ramlethal, and Rex is dressed as Sin Kiske Also you misspelled Stoutheart Rex And Shante is from the Shante games
1:01 i wasn't expecting to see that today. Works quite well, too *Hop on Guilty Gear* 2:20 this makes perfect sense for Rex. He kinda is the gigachad when all grown up 3:00 that goes kinda hard 3:20 ah, another increase Xenoblade character
As someone myself who wants shantae in smash bros i was both sad and happy she got in as a mii outfit as well as a song. Really hope she gets picked as playable character in the next smash game whenever that may be! Shes the only one i really REALLY want! Please give me my girl she deserves a spot in the game!!
So does Strive Valentine Aegis, Ms. Game and Watch, Mega lucario, cleaver Shulk, Brawl final Destination, toon linkle, Sage and Koco, TOTK Ganon, Vegeta, Silver the hedgehog, playable Bosses, and Shantae.
brawl's final destination = best final destination also Shantae is from the Shantae games (we want Shantae nintendo add her in ulitmate as completly random freelc)
Don't get why Nintendo didn't add custom colors to the characters, as well as shiny versions of the Pokémon + Pokken-Evil-Mewtwo and of course Dry and Fury Bowser...
This is kinda monthly and even yearly thing Since Waluigi’s is the oldest one, with Alucard after him Give the Ultimate mod scene another year from now and eventually and one day there’ll be enough custom movesets to warrant a “Top 20 Custom Movesets in Ultimate” video with the likes of Knuckles, Shadow, Chun-Li, Akuma, Aerith, Black Knight, Phoenix Wright, and Sans……..just to name a few (assuming none of them are cancelled)

It blows my mind how Poppt knows absolutely nothing about any video games other than Smash
i'm glad poppt1 decided to represent the smash players stereotypes by knowing nothing about games outside of smash
He REALLY needs to bring back "you lose you play the original game"
That goes for all the Underdogs except Peter, maybe that's why he left.
my favourite video game character is lebron james from nba2k
@@Poppt1 that adds up
Who's gonna tell him that Shantae is from a game series that is literally named after her?
7:30 The crazy part about this is that he had to google "Shantae Ost" or "Burning Town Song" and somehow miss the title of the series.
his editor?
@@qrstuvv Oh yeah, my bad
It made me laugh so much
"I have no idea where shantae is from" i just I
I can't
3:30, I’ve already told you that’s Shulk the same character from Xenoblade 1 as he appears in Xenoblade 3
1:20....
I want.... To draw... Something....
3:36 believe it or not, thats actually Shulk.
yea i would say thats my favorite for sure
Also the title Godcleaver goes hard as fuck.

shantae has jiggle physics 💀💀
2:20 pretty sure that’s supposed to say ‘Stoutheart Rex’, not ‘Southheart Rex’
Video can be summarized as "I dont know what this is but its kinda cool"

Where’s the you lose you play the original game Jordan? 😼
Watch @UnderdogsGaming if you want gameplay
Please! The classic series
Unfortunately, the algorithm doesn’t like those videos since it doesn’t stick to one game and therefore they don’t get good views/ratings 😢
@@Simmer-ssb I’m very aware of the underdogs, I just like the video format lmao.

He really knows nothing besides Smash Bros
Definitely pumped for TOTK Ganondorf and Shantae for Smash 6.
Oh I'd kill for mods to turn every 3D model into their character art like Cloud's.
When Ganondorf's Smash moveset isn't fitting for TOTK Ganondorf, that they have to put him over Sephiroth...
That's impressive what the modder community is capable of, it's just insane
My favourite part about these mods is figuring out what characters these skins are based on
