Neck is still aching from last night. One of the best shows I've ever gone to alongside seeing Slipknot back in 2019 to the exact day.
🔥🔥
why did u plan it that way u are u satan yo
I brought my dead head dad to this show, we took shrooms and acid got drunk asf smoke a shit ton of weed and it was the best concert either of has been too, thank you Jonathan Davis/korn
6th time seeing them and they are just amazing performers. The energy is amazing. I will be seeing them as many times as I can in the future.
That was my second time but I’ll definitely be sure to go every time they’re around
the build up to the encore was so fuckin awesome i was screamin my head off when john davis came out with the bagpipes such a high energy concert so so so good
thanks for panning over just at the right second during the beginning of got the life , I can see me crowdsurfing
That’s awesome lol
went to this show, absolutely amazing.
It’s crazy how they can still perform just like the old days!
@@ericburke25 truly!! it was so magical
Going on 1st. Bhma
Radical show that was last night! I liked when Amy teamed up with KoRn at the end!🤘🤘🤘🍻🍻🍻
That was so sick
This was one of the best shows I’ve ever seen. Amy Lee was fantastic. Korn killed it like always
Agreed, I saw Korn last year at the same spot and they sounded even better this year
@@ericburke25 Same. But I saw them 2 years in a row at Blossom Music Center and they definitely were better this year. Only thing I wish they would've did this year that they didn't was the bass/drums solo that they did in 2021. I think they should've did a bass/drum solo this year again before Freak On A Leash rather than playing Twist...
I was there, too, and this easily makes my top 5 favorite shows list of all time! Thank you so much for capturing this epic performance!
No problem! This was definitely one for the books
I think it's amazing that a replacement guitarist can be called to fill in that day for the lead player. And he did perfect. That's serious skill IMO
It's not that amazing. He tours with the band and is a guitar tech for them so he can learn how to play the songs from the artists themselves in case something unexpected happens. All bands have techs who know how to play the songs in case they need them to fill in. Also, Korns songs aren't incredibly hard to play either.
Jr is always around. He plays with head on the side. He’s always with korn
Honestly not that hard to play Korn songs
JR IS really skilled. And he plays in so many bands. He must have memorized a lot of songs-- or I don't know how he plays on one day's notice. Maybe he just has superb musical skill...
@@therapturedmichelle No, that's not it, he tours with KoRn as their guitar tech so he has the opportunity to learn the songs directly from the artists themselves, which most guitarists don't have that privilege. He would be a fool to not learn those songs because I guarantee the paycheck he got for performing with them was triple what he got as a tech! Not saying he isn't talented, but he's in a position as their tech where he would be stupid to not learn those songs! Playing on stage with Korn is a dream come true for a lot of people, though IDK if J.R is even a Korn fan or not!
Thank you for this. I was unable to go last night. Glad to watch it here. Looked like a great show!
No problem!
Would've been amazing if Jonathan sings Bring me to life w Amy. She needs someone for the male voice there.
Definitely and jd is the one
I wish they could add that to the setlist for the rest of the tour! someone please tell them!!!!
I was there, was super happy they played alone I break. Was hoping for Thoughtless, but it was a dope set overall.
Such a awesome show,
Hell yea
I'm sort of stuck in Taiwan rn. I really hope I get to see Korn live one day soon.
Thank you for this video. We drove 8 hours to see this show. They were amazing! Everything was amazing. Sound was on point, light show was fantastic.
I saw them there last year it was so much better this time
i was there i was so happy that he sang shoots and ladders
That one’s always great live! I love that one too
AWESOME FUCKIN SHOW
Was here and pretty bummed when i heard Munky wouldn’t be there although i must say the fill in was really good and did even backup
JR is beast
i think i saw my bald head there lmao. most amazing show
LOL awesome show as per usual for Korn
I was here.. what a fuckin show!!
Great night..when he did one i lost my shits
Wow ty for sharing they were in my state last night couldn't see them but glad they cam,,love u jd u ruleeeee😍😍😍😍😍
Im dizzy as fuck watching this bounce all over but hell the sound is great!
just got home sick show was there with my wife
It was amazing, they’ve been killin it like that for all these years! Amy Lee from Evanescence was also awesome too
So pissed I had no idea korn was playing jones beach
I was there last night in the pit in front of the stage it was epic
That’s awesome! How early did you buy tickets to get the pit?
@@ericburke25 I was gifted a ticket as a birthday gift, however I was extremely lucky and thankful for it. Being at the front of the stage for all of the bands was truly a badass experience. Korn was my favorite I just didn’t like the screen they had in front of them at the beginning I thought it was weird when Evanescence had their movie screen behind them
@@ericburke25 I was in the pit too, I got my ticket about 3 weeks before the concert!
I was there, the sound was just amazing, Jon is godlike charismatic monster! Just a few points I’ve felt.. ‘Alone I Break’ - Jon’s pitch was a little bit off and sang chorus in lower octave- and lost momentum for the next 2-3 songs.
Another thing is, the impact right at the beginning appearance was not as big, it could be the screen in front of the stage. Did anyone feel what I felt?
I wasn’t a huge fan of the screen being in front of them in the beginning
@@ericburke25 I was worried the whole show gunna be like this.
Yea I was like wtf? I mean its cool and all but you go there to see them and it ain’t easy with that thing up. Was also bummed that Munky wasn’t there.
I was there. Nosebleeds. Cold as heck. Wind off the water was brick. But the concert was excellent.
I did nosebleeds at Jones Beach for Korn last year and I told myself I’d try not to do that again lol. Also I’m curious how the music is still so loud up there
I got to know since I'm seeing them soon who plays first korn or evanescence
Evanescence goes on an hour & a half prior to Korn
Nowaday all the concerst are beeing "flat" in terms of the sound. It sounds all the same, and its to low in terms of volume. 10-15 years ago, it was way differnet.
The best thing Korn ever did was hire Ray Luzier. The guy is absolutely phenomenal.
Uhhhh. No but he does fit the team well
You must be a big progressive rock fan? It seems like a lot of Korn fans prefer their original drummer, David Silveria.
i really feel for those with their phones out...STOP...PUT THE PHONE AWAY and just have a good time...its such a waste of time when you could be having SUCH a better time.
Smartphones should be banned in concerts. That is all.
they only really recorded during Amy Lee’s part tho
also you wouldn’t be watching this if it weren’t for phones so-
