I wore that exact cable knit sweater in college in the early 90s 😆😆😆 btw, I wore it with lug soled loafers and scrunch socks, so have at it girl. All the memories 😊
Here’s a little tip, when you have jeans that are little too big boil them for like 30 minutes, pop them in the dryer and boom they fit. Just makes sure they are mainly cotton. You can do t shirts as well. Hope this helps
@Dior Nicole thanks so much for this tip I have thrifted new with tags Michael Kors, J Crew and Levi's that are too big. I am definitely going to try your tip.
@@maussie9942 I work in healthcare. You don't know how many people that I talk to that had Covid or have family members that have died from Covid three of my immediate family members had it. It is very real. Keep not wearing a mask. I have a beautiful vintage black dress I can wear to your funeral.
that’s it…*heads to the goodwill to thrift for fall* literally obsessed with your styling! definitely inspiring me to step out of my comfort zone & thrift funkier pieces!
My mind is blown: before watching your video this evening, I was reflecting on my own thrift trip this morning. First stop: St. Vincent DePaul in Creve Coeur, then on to Ditto Family Resale, and my last stop was the Savers in Crestwood. Amazed that my route was almost the same as yours. I’m glad you’re discovering all the good thrift spots in STL.
Love fall, autumnal drinks and Native deo! So psyched for thrifting sweaters, coats and boots!!! 🧡🍂🍁🥤🧋Like you… I am finding so many glorious ORANGE things!!! 🟠
Obermeyer was a very expensive winter & ski wear brand in the 90’s. I still have a black quilted moto-jacket by Obermeyer I paid $150 20 yrs ago and I’ll never get rid of it. You’ll probably love that lavender sweater.
tip: the prep sweater you bought would go perfect with a black turtleneck underneath for the fall !! this haul was really successful in my opinion, i’m going thrifting pretty soon and this gave me inspiration to think outside of the box
Loved the preppy tennis sweater with your checked skirt the BEST, especially with the ankle socks and loafers! Also, great navy blazer! I can’t wait to wear my “new” navy Escada 100% cashmere blazer as well! I am thinking maybe with jeans, but I am hoping to find some nice trousers like yours!! Also, I really liked the graphic T-shirt that you put under your leather blazer, I am going to try that too-make it a little more relaxed! BTW, the lilac sweater is PERFECT for you-just rightly your hair color and complexion! I always love the popcorn stitch!😁 Anyway, you made me more excited for the cool weather! (How long will it be until we are complaining about the cold though? 😝)! Great thrifting Taylor! **If you have a chance, perhaps you can do a Fall/Winter-specific Look Book-with thrifted clothing you have had in your closet for awhile….but maybe you could show us how to update the looks with som new styling and accessories? It seems that many of the trends for this Fall, are all about shapes (along with colors!)-OVERSIZED cuts, and MEN’S clothing/styles worn by women! Last year we were still holding on to our comfy CoVID-wardrobes, but this year it seems we are transitioning to more “regular” clothing pieces, BUT keeping them big and comfy! And, they are NOT tie-dyed sweat sets either! 😆. I still love jewel-toned colors for fall too, but I am trying out mixing in more color(s)! That is hard for me-getting away from the “matchy-matchy” color thing, is such a challenge for me!! 😁. Thanks for your great videos..as ALWAYS!!!!
Great video! I lucked out and got 2 leather jackets (one is vintage in brown, the other is a black blazer identical to yours) for $5 total in a bag sale! All set for fall.... 😁
Love your channel. I volunteer at a charity thrift store and usually wear at least two thrifted items to work at my "real" paying job.. As a volunteer I get to see all the donated items before they go out for sale. Definitely recommend this if, like me, wearing thrifted clothes is a passion.
I just want to say I think you do a wonderful job. Women love clothing. I know I do. I enjoy your videos. Keep up the beautiful work God bless you and your family. Be safe
Hi Taylor always enjoy you and your content..not sure if you repaired the prada knockoff purse..if you did would be nice to see how you repaired it cheers deb from Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦🐝😎❤️🇺🇸
Love ya thrifting haul. Esp. The preppy knit....so cool. So nice to see others living life again. Wish I could thrift.......locked down. Longest lockdown in the world history here. Sux.
In the 90’s I wore Plugg or Jnco Jeans and Tshirts 🤣😂 Occasionally I’d wear my brothers gas station shirt with his name on it. Definitely wasn’t as fashionable as what’s on trend for the 90’s now.
Does anyone have an idea for keeping clip-on earrings from pinching the ears? I love the gold earrings Taylor thrifted, and I have some clip-ons myself that are so pretty, but I can't wear them for more than an hour without my ears hurting.
@Jim and Judy C. I have the same earrings that Taylor thrifted in Silver. I love vintage earrings. If you have a Claire's or Icing accessory store near you, they carry foam that fits over the clip part of the earring making them much more comfortable. You can sometime find them in Walmart. Also if you only have non pierced ears they're also kits to convert pierced earrings into clip-ons.
I wish I could wear Native deodorant, it smells good but I’ve tried it twice and it gives me a rash 🙃 it’s really common, I wonder why. If anyone knows let me know!

Only the waist or boil all of it?
Still wearing a mask, I'm not watching your videos then. Stand up against the tyranny

I love the lavender sweater, navy blazer and the blue pants. So glad they fit. I was holding my breath waiting for the Tryon.
The blue suede shirt jacket was amazing!😍

Heck yeah $1 trousers! Though I am also glad you splurged on the purple sweater. And the navy blue blazer is a beautiful fit--absolute classic.

How do you plan to repair the Prada bag? I thrifted a Coach one with similar wear.
I too am interested in how one would repair.
I need to do a bit of research, but I'm thinking some sort of leather like black paint and maybe some clear paint to help seal the cracking bits??
@@TaylorMadeStyle I was thinking about using a Sharpie 🤣
Those blue pants!!! 🦄!!! They looked so fab on you✨

Very inspiring great outfits well done you
I really need to know where that second thrift store is located? I need to go check it out

What is the name of the vintage store in Pasadena you referenced?
Hotbox vintage!
First for the first time
USA second hand shops look way better than UK ones
Hey Taylor! I got sunglasses like yours! Got mine from Shien!
I love you so much. I think the word you mean when describing the musky fragrance is “unisex”, not “androgynous”.
Why would you buy a destroyed bag?🤣
clean earrings before wearing you will get infections
Snd num
The first shirt👎 no no no
hehe yes yes yes
