Peter was only able to transform into his, what I call, "Psycho Monster" form when he reached a certain age. Until then, the puppies are INCREDIBLY vunerable, maybe even more so than Earth dog. To compensate, a pair of mates will have hundreds, maybe even THOUSANDS of young to ensure survival of a few that grow into adulthood.

idk about you but Peter looks like a beagle to me
i dont believe any genesis game stress me out more than this one at this level. this isnt as easy as whoever made this vid is making it look.
Just looking at the video just shows how hard it is even for that player.
