You couldnt be more wrong. You are watching the best Qiyana in the world, ofc the champ will seem op as fuck. You currently only have 2 challenger players in (KR,NA,EUW) that otp or have really high playrate with her, compare it to other ad assassins (Talon, Zed, Rengar, Kha) or even yasuo/yone and see the difference in the rankings.
