super sir
special majority. Didn't mention about the members should must present
Nice bro
Incase vacancy iruntha absolute majority use panai bill pass pana mudiyatha sir
Where do we use absolute majority?
Sir what's the difference between simple majority and effective majority ?
Pls check video
Thank you sir ! Understood!
Sir simple majority (more than 50% of present and voting)
The members who doesn't vote shows that they doesn't supports the resolution.
Is detecting "members present, not voted" From total members is correct ?
Memeber present means he should support or oppose on voting ...he can't present without voting may be he can walk out
@@VimalananthanAP thank you for clearing sir
One more doubt. Effective majority=(Total strength - vacant ÷2) + 1
You had also mentioned in example that (545-5÷2) +1 = 271
Sir, but max strength of LS 550, in that 545 is present strength with deduction of 5( 5 vacant). Here my doubt is, why we need to deduct 5 again. Please clear this too sir.
Maximum strength 550
Present lok sabha assembly total strength 545
@@VimalananthanAP ok sir but why we are deduction 5 again with 545 in effective majority. 545(550-5)is present strength, here already 5 is vacant because 550 is the max strength. So why can't we do 545÷2 +1 in effective majority without deduction of 5 vacant...
5 seats is not vacant it does not exist...in act we made parliament can have 550 seats maximum
Unga channela cases video ellaya bro
India mostly used simple majority and special majority
I have a doubt at one point special majority la 2/3rd present and voting dhaana...illa favour vara votingum 2/3rd irukanumaa...u said 150 present and favour aa 101 vote varanumnu...75+ vandhaa podhaadhaa...present and voting mattum 2/3rd aa...illa favourable votesum 2/3rd venumaa illa 50% venumaa
Ohh sir 2/3rd na adhu just favor vote dhaana...present and voting illayaa....incase quorum(1/10)of memebers la kooda 2/3rd favor na adhu ok...but apdi aagakoodaadhunudhaan 50% of Total Strength um irukaa...apa kandipaa 273+ irukanum...adhuku aprm dhaan 2/3rd am I right sir... according to lok sabha
Art 169 simple majority sir
Legislative Assembly of the State passes a resolution to that effect by a majority of the total membership of the Assembly and by a majority of not less than two thirds of the members of the Assembly present and voting
So confusing in Effective majority, total strength of Loksabha is 552(530+20+2),
But present we have 545 (530+13+2) Which is already Subtracted value from total strength ,then again why you want to minus 5 from 545?
In Effective majority , strength is calculated by total strength minus vacant seat....552 is maximum strength of lok sabha ,present lok sabha total strength 545
Vacancy of seat may happen by death, resignation, disqualification or other reasons
Total strength of seat 545
Suppose Two members resign means now effective majority (543/2)+1. In absolute majority vacant seat not consider ,in that (545/2)+1
Neat and clear cut explanation. thank you sir.
