    Hang in there... it does get better. Therapy helped me a lot with my anxiety. I rarely have panic attacks anymore. Anxiety has a way of sneaking in when you least expect it and throwing everything off.

    Oh my poor Alex don't worry I had the same thing because of the stress of my parents and my "engagement" I advise you to do my trick it's effective you will feel better than before you take chamomile and green tea. Chamomile tea is said to have the same effect on the brain as valium, blocking certain receptors. ...
    Physical exercise. Nothing more fun than a good workout when you're on edge. ...
    Lavender. ...
    Breathing.
    Breakfast. ...
    Temperature. ...
    Meditation.

    So brave for making this video Alex. It takes so much strength to reach out and get help for your anxiety and stress. So proud of you you seriously rock. I struggled for so long before I got in touch with a group called headspace to get help with my worries in life. Speaking to a therapist and someone who could relate to what your going through and what your feeling and give you advice and steps on how to fix it helps immensely. It was so emotional i cried so much every visit just letting everything out but it makes you feel so much better after. It's going to be pretty hard and emotional but it is so worth it taking control of your life and taking positive steps to fix your anxiety for a better quality of life. Wish you all the best in your journey hope it all works out for you you deserve a happy worry free life.

    Just want to say you look GORGEOUS even when you think you aren’t. You have been so strong through all of this and thank you for being a reminder I need to get a family dr and get some bloodwork done. Need a new therapist too lol

    Im struggling with my mental health for 2 1/2 years and I found out through that time that taking minerals and vitamins is such an important thing for your mind. Definitely always a good decision to take them, it really makes a difference.

    Hey Alex, great video, take so much of a beautiful character to post this video, that is big. Whatever you do, please do not take medicines as they do not deal with anxiety and make you addicted. It is important to cut all stimulants you might have at the moment. I do not know what your diet is, but some examples of what needs to be cut: sugar, caffeine, chocolate, excess exercise. Imagine that anxiety works like this: body deals with difficult situations by having a stress response. The stress response was designed to made us able to flight or flight in case a tiger is around. Then 20 minutes later, tiger disappears and stress levels (and the chemicals that it releases) go down. The problem of today is that we all get stressed many times a day (average of human beings is 60% of the time). Remember I mentioned last time that anxiety is a behaviour (over worried, over concerned, in your case with social media, worthiness, and your work). So you are getting stress responses more times, and your body does not have time to recover, so it is balance changes from normal to over-stimulated. But with time, once you start to deal with that (remember my message last time) and contain the anxiety, the body will come back to equilibrium. Regarding big Ryan (love him as well), the reason why he is feeling is because, without realizing, you are lending on him to contain your anxiety (which is normal, as we feel hopeless when having anxiety), but with time you will develop the power to contain it without him. please feel free to drop a note, just cannot write a full bible here in the post :) love and spend 10 minutes 3 times a day smiling (for no reason), the brain doe snot know the difference and will start to send out the good chemicals to equilibrate you. Have patience as well!!!

    It gets better babe I promise! You’re taking all the right steps for it to get better! Cutting out gluten/dairy too and taking METHYLATED folate too and it made my iron levels stop being low (I previously was about to get a transfusion it was so low)

    @Alex Prout, I also have anxiety, and I eat super healthy foods that contain, iron, magnesium, and potassium, and manganese….here is a list of foods that I eat to help me with my anxiety and stress….Chia Seed with water, bananas, black seeds (aka or black cummin seeds) water cress, Dill with plain white yogurt and cucumbers. You can add black seeds with yogurt and honey, And beans!…weather it’s black beans, brown pinto beans, these two types of beans can purchased at most Latin Restaurants that are independently own, because they are cooked the Latin-America way, which is I find it to be the healthy way of cooking those two types of beans and also fava beans, all three beans are good for stress and anxiety and other health factors. Hummus, with pita bread, and kefir, Quinoa,

    I love how honest and open you are ! You should try Hugh Van Cuylenburg's resilience project journals too. They absolutely changed my life. Read his book and listen to his podcast. He and everything he is about is incredible.

    magnesium supplements can have some positive effects on anxiety, as well as migraines and muscle cramps, so if you're wanting supplements that could have some effect, try that!

    Love, you are an axious person because you are too sensitive and you lack experience and you are always in a hurry. Dear, the solution is not in doctors and medicaments, the solution is between your hands.
    First learn how to speak slowly and taking time in doing things, make massages by yourself then by friends, learn real cooking and make videos while cooking, eat well to be stronger and occupy yourself in gardening and learn some exercises of yoga.
