Well, yes. Every player has a clone (so there is a second Funky, Yoshi, Diddy and Boo). That's because the Mod has some problems with Multiplayer Mode and it will "replace" some characters to have the Models of the real players
What happens if you enable the 24 Player Mod when you haven’t unlocked all characters yet or have the 24 Player code on when creating a new save file which only lets you play as the 12 starting roster which is non unlocked but have 1 person unlock in Kart Wii the easiest one is Rosalina you can unlock her by Playing Galaxy 1 on the Wii.

Um is it possible it only got sent to 20 Player race cause you haven’t unlocked all the characters like Baby Luigi or Toadette.

@@Tails_Z CTGP-R lets you play using all characters, karts, and courses, even if they haven’t been unlocked.
