This is not something I look into but how long has it been that you’ve written your article? It usually takes time to rank. Up to 6 months even. Also, if there are other articles on websites that have high domain authority, then your article might not rank.

I don’t know if you can post in other languages on Medium. If not, you can search on Google for other platforms where you can post in other languages.
