- The Special Operations Equipment medical backpack has been a great pack for my truck. I have been using this pack as a TEMS medic (SWAT Medic) as well as Search and Rescue. You have plenty of pouches to configure it to meet your needs!

Another awesome vid and always love when you post. Do you keep safety glasses with you?
Yes I do, there are 2 pair of Tactical RX glasses in the truck.
As a Navy corpsman I have used supplies from medical gear outfitters when I could not get resupply through channels. He has helped me to always be stocked for my Marines.Thank you Skinny Medic.
Nice looking setup.
Love my SOE medical backpack
Excellent bag
Skinny, thanks for all you do, love hoe organized your kits are, keep up the great work. God bless you and your family always. 🇺🇸👼🏻👼🏻🇺🇸
Thank you good, good look at the Backpack. Very clear picture on your vid as well, again thank you and all the best. In closing hope you don't need any of that stuff.
Thanks.
Can you do a video on how you became a SWAT Paramedic. Are you a sworn law enforcement officer as a result of being on the SWAT team. What advice do you have for people aspiring to become tactical paramedics?
Love the tid bit at the end😂
Check out Tasmanian Tigers Medic Assault Pack an Medic Assault Pack S!
Good quality and price! Its used a lot by LE in Germany and Austria
Skinny, good video. Good well organized kit. I likely would label each component. Yep, I am one of the paramedics that is gonna ask: 'How do you keep those SAM Splints attached to PT outta that bag, or did I miss something?' I am impressed with the scope of the TMP program. If I were not retired I would take the course. Some years ago I had such a course but roughly only 30 hours hands on. No cool patch though. Nice truck. Best
I could use my pressure bandages to secure it. I had a roll of Geico tape from NAR in it but gave it away. I need to replace it.
Tactical medical sunglasses. They save us from looking uncool
Ace wraps + combat gauge > ETDs .... cheaper, modular, variable use. Also Rescue Hook (e.g Benchmade) > Sheers.
I didn’t know they had these!!
Can you please do a review on the mystery ranch RATS pack.
He said “ I have 4”
SWAT Medic sounds like a TV Show
That's a genius idea actually. Somebody jump on this!
I cannot find the backpack itself anywhere. Is it custom-made? Could you send me the shop where you bought it?
Does the pack come with the pouches inside?
Could this bag be attached to a smaller day bag or bug out bag
can you just get the pouches without the bag
KingLTD? Have you guys not upgraded to the iGel as standard yet?
Seems like a great bag, but $350 empty... ouch.
Reenactor Guy...tactical mark up 😣
That is comparable to other made in the USA backpacks. The North American Rescue NAR-4 backpack which is setup the same way is $345.
Reenactor Guy you get what you pay for , and if you look around John Willis is very competitive with his product pricing .Guaranteed for life ,but you will not need it ! Camden Tennessee. is the place for Quality Equipment .
If I recall correctly, this company’s gear is made in America. So that helps explain the price.
How much is this bag?
Nice
What is the brand/name of the meds case?
Have you heard of SureStop bandages & if you had what are your thought of it compared to quick cot?
Nice vid thanks. So does that come with the IV start kits in the IV fluid and the Benadryl and the zofran and the other medicines you mentioned? Thanks.
Do you carry pediatric stuff as well in your truck (smaller NPA's, IV cath, etc)? And maybe it makes sense to keep something with the SAM splints to secure them with (at least some tape).
Yes I do
Skinny medic carries a damn bougie. Of course he has pediatrics lol.
Please explain your tactical medical provider certification.
Thanks, Steve

Black medical gloves? Ehh IDK how I feel about those. And it's ok I have 2 kits with me at all times. 1 in my pocket and 1 in my backpack and 1 in my car so I always have access to what I need at any time haha
You may not want bright ems gloves moving around some times. But they do make it hard to see blood.
@@SkinnyMedic they dont have to be black. Nothing wrong with purple or blue but definitely not orange in a tactical scenario
This is completely based
Hey S.M. Do you know where I can get some of those add on clips for the SOF T gen 3 tourniquets?
