Hmmm Ajani, Mentor of Heroes +1 text: "Distribute three +1/+1 counters among one, two, or three target creatures you control." So if he only picks Sigarda, he puts 3 counters on her every time, not just 1.
Phrozends I believe with distribute it allows you to put all three on one creature, it was the main combo of the bant infinite turns sage of hours deck
i have seen all of your commander videos and i love the way you do them so we dont have to watch an hour of searching through decks i could watch them all day please make many many more
I really enjoy your content. The only thing I would like to see are all of the deck lists in the description. I'm sure that would take a lot of work on yours and your friends part and would require you all to use tapped out, but I think it would be worth it. I love to check out new decks and your play group seems to use good stuff.
Nice game! Sigarda is one of the best voltron commanders, but as soon as you started dinging yourself with the Library I knew you were getting way ahead. :)
This is kind of just an observation I've seen throughout these games, but you either seem to intentionally avoid your commander or build your deck in a way so you don't need it, almost like a converted highlander deck. The games with Zedruu and Phenax I think showed this best, I don't think I saw anything that really took advantage of either general's abilities, they seemed to be mostly "good stuff" decks in that colour.
ModelOmega as a karador player myself, imo karador is often something that can sit in the command zone for a whiel, esp since none of his opponents board wiped, im a huge fan of toolbox, so i usually return sidizi, undead vizer every turn with karador, but othet than that he's a legendary eternal wittnes
That's a pretty apt point. Typically I like the deck and general to synergize well, but often not commit too heavily to the general. I see exactly what you mean. My Zedruu deck is especially guilty of that, as for the most part she is just a method of gaining card advantage by giving away oppressive cards. It also highlights the point that I should diversify which decks I play. I have some very general focused decks, such as Animar, Prossh, Roon, Mizzix, Daretti, and Krenko. Maybe it's time to give them some spotlight.
Would it be possible for one of you future Conquering your Commander to be Kami of the Crescent Moon, as I'm trying to help my friend build a group hug deck with a bit of mill, but unsure on how to go really in depth with it, as I only started getting into commander a few months ago. Thanks for listening
Just came home and you just uploaded. Great video! That was an epic fight, I know you have 40 life to spare but you really played it ballsy and it payed off! Have you tried your breya yet?
I've found, at least with all the stores I've played at, that people run far too much graveyard hate nowadays. Dredge is great if no one is able to deal with it, but I prefer to wait until I have a stabilized position and then dump half my library into the bin with Hermit Druid.
Oh i get that, but its not like you have to over extend with it. I tend to just do it once or twice. Till i have a few things in my grave I can use and just go from there. Hermit Druid tends to draw a lot of hate because they assume you are going to win next turn with it.

Yep, quite right. It wasn't Joe's deck though, and I guess he misread the card.

I like how you cut the video so I don't have to watch people shuffle for 30 minutes
I like how you narrate the game. XD Keep it up.
Thanks!
Yes, great narration!

Had to find an answer somehow!
MTG Muddstah No joke, usually a Fleshbag loop would do the trick but Sigarda is EXTRA safe from that angle. :)
Dang, I wish I had a decklist of that sigarda deck to compare to what I have.
Abzan decks. I had to pause the video because SOMUCHVALUE. pod and sun Titan are nuts. Also this game was just excellent. Lot of really cool plays
louis got some cool cards. i wanted to see more of the cards in his deck

Yeah but I'm not just talking about this one game.

sigarda player should totally have destroyed karador, not the white player.
I'm not sure if you take request decks for gameplay but I think it would be great to see a zedruu deck :D
Obligatory "more Zedruu"
I'm hoping to record another game with Zedruu this week. I've also been testing out a new Queen Marchesa deck recently.

Gotta spend life to get life? Haha, I don't know. I just seemed to not be on the radar and digging for answers was the right move for me.
I have recently built a Karador deck of my own, our lists are extremely similar. My question for you is, why did you opt to not use a Dredge package?
I've found, at least with all the stores I've played at, that people run far too much graveyard hate nowadays. Dredge is great if no one is able to deal with it, but I prefer to wait until I have a stabilized position and then dump half my library into the bin with Hermit Druid.

epic battle
Wait, how does toxic deluge kill Sigarda when she has hexproof?
It's like a wrath effect
