In high school I lived in coral Springs, A suburb 10 miles north of Lauderhill. My friends and I loved going to the hood parties in Lauderhill, and got excited when inevitably someone would shoot up the party. We were very stupid but still had a lot of fun. Brings back memories.

I worked for the City of Lauderhill in the 90’s and 2000’s when they first had their own rescue and police department. They were separating from BSO. This was one of the deadliest times in the hill. FMC was always loaded with patients and believe it or not they respected the LHFD everyone knew we were their to help. I still have PTSD from here these demons will always be in my head.
People will always say and have an opinion that ”gangsta rappers” is this or is that. But the fact is that they are some of the most humble guys you can find. That’s one thing Tommy proves time after time.
