@@simphiwepot6248 i can't understand what are you saying but i guess your having also a hard time. Please type exit on your screen then your laptop will restart when it restart. Press your BIOS key, delete or f10 or f8 ( dipends on your laptop model) once you manage to go in BIOS search for BOOT MANAGER then set the priority to your windows.

У меня такая фигня была и ввод exit не помог, а в биосе и так все было правильно. Я в итоге выключил свой планшет Ark Ezpad Pro 8, решив на следующий день обратиться к знакомому компьютерщику. Утром включаю его - он загрузился, сам установил обновления для Windows 10 и стал работать как ни в чем не бывало. Наверно вся проблема как-то связана с автообновлением в Windows 10.
hola, pase el mismo problema shell 2.5 aunque en la descripcion detallaba el HDD, (mi minipc tiene un SSD SO y un HDD) por lo que vi en bios no reconocia el SSD por lo que no se podia iniciar WIN10, retire el HDD y en la BIOS volvio aparecer el SSD (reconocido) , cambie el BOOT a SSD WIN10 y se soluciono el problema. por cierto el HDD esta normal, debio quiza un fallo en el incio de WIN10 algo fuera de lo comun y que no existe mucha informacion en las webs.
Tenés que escribir "exit" y apretar enter, ahí se va a reiniciar, pero mientras lo hace (antes de que de cargue la pantalla) tenés que apretar la tecla "delete" o "F8". Y ya está, no sé si ya lo habrás solucionado, pero a mí me funcionó jajajaj

@@denisefontana5502 Cuando pongo "Exit" me sale lo mismo y tengo que poner exit denuevo cuando entro en la pantalla gris tengo que darle a Save change and Reset y luego cuando se este prendiendo precionar f8 o delete?
