That's REALLY ODD that you would think they were based in America...Those are NOT American accents.. That is NOT American workplace behavior. Nothing about ANY of these movies scenes screams "" American""" ..As a Native Californian, I can Personally tell you that all this screaming, yelling, poisoning, slapping, pouring water on people etc...WOULD NOT BE TOLERATED IN THE WORKPLACE ..Each Employer has rules and training on Workplace Violence and Harrassment each employee is trained and sign documents acknowledging that they have received this training before being hired...Like any other Country, yes, there are exceptions to the rules and people may behave violently, but for the most part if that occurs they are fired, maybe sued, or if warranted arrested and taken to jail if the police doesn't stop the threat first..Please DO NOT attribute that bad behavior to us...Most jobs will suspend you, dock your pay, fire you etc....some people may behave like that AFTER they've been fired as they are being escorted out the door...Our JOBS are very orderly and have rules...You can't be late you, can't have excessive absences, zero tolerance for drug or alcohol usage..

I own Corporation, a girl came for interview because she & I from the SAME race I hired her, NEXT day she cured at me she was not doing what she was employed to do, so, I fired her.
