If you cause any person "harassment, alarm or distress" you have committed a Criminal Offence under the Public Order Act. The Council can make it a "condition of entry" that hoods are removed. I can't see an "attack" by anyone, just a bunch of knobbers creating a scene when they should be at work, rather than scrounging benefits.

I said this on PAP channel... this movement needs a dedicated lawyer who believes in what we do to help with advice and any potential proceedings and there needs to be some kind of fund linked to all channels involved where subscribers can possibly donate to so we can help stop this behavior against public photography and other public official violating our rights to wear what clothing we see fit whether for religious purposes or not. Among the stupidest thing a police or guard can say - "I wasn't here then" What does it matter? If you've been there and then ... You wouldn't have done or said anything. Just done as your co-worker did.
The day they entered the Academy, was the last day they thought, as an individual!
According to that letter at the end the Ban has already expired as it says 10th January 2019. So i'd go back in there in a few days and if they say "you're banned" show them the letter and say nope the ban has expired on the 10th January 2019.
I had a neighbour who didnt own her property, the lady was renting and found herself in hardship. A few of us were helping out with her meals and travel expenses. She made a claim to get help with rent expenses, this took an extremely long time and unfortunately her landlord refused to wait any longer and ordered her to leave with no paperwork or court order. The police were called and they assisted the landlord to perform an illegal eviction. This takes me back to my conversation with officers. I told them they do not have the authority to intervene in a civil matter, they are also breaking the law in assisting the landlord. It was like talking to a brick wall. They are oblivious to the law. They do not know their own job. Still today that angers me. The lady ended up in mental care, it made her severely unwell and too unwell to fight the case. They got off with it. Keep fighting for our rights. The police have become an absolute shambles. Keep standing up to them. They do not enforce the law so we need to enforce our rights!!

5:15 one of the security just of camera says "we don't have to show our licence" but section 9 of the private security industry act 2001 says different. I am almost 100% sure it makes it a criminal act not to have it on show or stick to any of the other rules regarding the licence in fact it says:-

Report the Security, get their licences taken away, report the Police. Shame on Security Guards and Police Officers who are public servants and abused their powers. The Police here are a disgrace to the uniform and all the Security Guards here must lose their jobs.
Make sure complaints are made and have every Security Guard arrested for assault and more. Take out private prosecutions and civil action against all involved.

If cops are wearing that thin blue line gang flag as part of their official uniform. Why are they not all wearing it? Which part of UNIFORM is so hard to understand?
Obviously it is up to the individual whether they wear that bastardized flag. So are they then allowed to wear items that are pro/con abortion, swastikas, advertising, political campaign badges?
A publicly funded public servants uniform should not be a place that the individual expresses their opinions or beliefs. If a cop supports a certain political party and was wearing that party’s pin, and I was wearing the oppositions pin, would that not demonstrate a conflict of interest if the cop arrested me?
