Oh no, that poor slicer even fit the wrong damage module - Entropic Radiation Sinks are for Triglavian ships! Maybe next time they'll also fit some Locus rigs to hit out to disruptor range a bit better, too.
Have you tried switching out the plate for a resistance plating? Normally you don't want to fit a buffer tank with an active tank because with extra resistance, the rep can give you more accumulative hp than the plate can - also your speed will go up. Great video!
Buffer does a whole lot more in fast fights than resistances will, usually what happens when you go SAAR in a Rifter without buffer mods you'll die before you use up all your SAAR charges
how do you always find fights like this? and how long does it take to find fights for you? usually what happens to me if i use a normal ship/fit (like a offmeta t1 frig): i go sit in FW outpost. i wait. i wait. the only person willing to fight me ends up being a ship worth 10 of mine. i am like: ok at least i kinda counter it maybe so chances are none zero... 1.Option: they win 2.Option: they kinda start losing (not really sometimes they can still win but are at structure or smth) and all of a sudden 3 more ships worth 10 of mine pop up on my d scan. i burn away/slingshot/accept my fate(if i am a brawler) then i repeat this 4 times and my entire day has gone by. at the end i just dont run away anymore bc i gues people only want to fight if they are 100% sure they will win. i feed and that was my pvp session. i think maybe i am missing damage and should just finish them off quicker. but i feel like that forces me to play short range and i fear ill just get kited and cant do anything against it as a solo player (cant call in help or anything)
Make perches in space to dscan the direction to see what it is that is there to jump on. Whenever I FW its usually 10 - 20mins to get a good fight (one I will win lol)
whats the plex and how come theres always solo frigs in there? I used to live in nullsec, it was hard to find just solo frigs willing to fight, it was usually small gangs. Maybe its something i completely forgot about, after all i didn't play in years
well that's pretty huge topic. in PVP , most of the ammo usage comes to experience / knowledge of your target + your fit (brawl/kite). But most of the time you go for high dmg / expected tank. (EMP,Fusion, phased plasma for projectile guns) but , you might choose to swap for mid range / in certain under gunners fight (ship that will hug you and your guns can't track). yes ... ammo affects tracking as well , at least projectile weapons ammo. xD eveuniversity wiki page have this basic mechanic stuff pretty good covered so i would advise you there. from that point onward , it's just gathering experience (and losing ships :P )
The Rifter is such an iconic ship. As always, thanks for sharing!
Hey no worries. Thanks for watching.
Minmitar is always close to my heart 👌 really enjoyed the Omen kill at the end.
Keep it up Sabre
Cheers mate, yeah that omen kill was pretty satisfying, was very surprised to see it was a polarised shield fit. 👍

Oh really I didn't notice that poor guy lol. 😀
I’m a big fan of the Caldari ship designs but I have to admit, the Rifter is pretty good looking
Yeah the rifter looks pretty awesome.
Rifter used to be the frigate for pvp back in the day, nice to see it's still relevant for some cheap action.
The buff it just got has made it pretty solid. 👍
Right the first time :) second way sounds like your trying to do a posh british accent haha! Good stuff, that garmur kill was LMAO!
First time it is, cheers for watching mate. Really like the poors wolf fit! 👍
The Rifter is BACK!
Oh Yeah! 👍
If you're running plate and no dc and resist rig, go polarized, you'll find way more bang for your buck.
If only I wasn't flying Caldari and Amarr in FW...cause you turned it into buzzsaw!
:) 👍
Great content mate.
Thanks mate appreciate it.
BOOM RIFTER!
Ohhhh Boom!👍
Good fight; I've been looking for counters to comets in calmil, and this might be the ticket for me.

@@mustiosrs makes sense - I don’t do frigate fighting so don’t know :P I’ll have to try it out with the new FW changes tho!
@@Nathan-jo8xj dont give advice if you don''t know
Rifters are awesome
Subscribed :) thank you for the kiting fit idea been looking for a kiter to get into
Thanks for the sub! Yeah the Arty Rifter is really fun to fly! 👍
nice video, you could post the boosters you use and the implants (if any) keep up the good work
Nice video mate . Liked and subbed
Cheers mate glad you like the content. 👍

Absolutely amazing XD
Do it again :)
Cheers mate! 👍
yea love the rifter
It's a very cool ship! 👍
Well done again mate
Cheers mate much appreciated! 👍
Nice
👍
Nice vid!
Cheer mate! 👍
I love your videos
rly cool ship
Yeah I really like the rifter! 👍
Can you play with Daredevil or other pirate ships? ty
I've thought about trying some of the pirate ships but kinda suspected that it would be hard to find fights as most people won't look to engage you.
How do you hit at 20km out? I can't seem to and optimal range is around 8500m
Arty has big falloff
If you overheated yo repairer you would have been right m8 on that garmur

It is a complex found in Faction Warfare space in lowsec, best way to find solo and small gang fights. 😀
@@sabresg Oh, cool i just read the file about faction warfare, i never did any of that before.
Nice fights. I *want* to love the Rifter, but just... can't... stand... the looks.
Really, I love the look of the Rifter! Glad you enjoyed the fights.
Decent video, but your piloting skills need work. Got to stop using Keep At Range.
Thanks for the tip
