The Electronic Intifada has good coverage on the battle of al-Shifa 💥 Recommend everyone also watch Al Jazeera's ‘October 7’ documentary 👏 Democracy Now! did a long interview with Yuval Abraham on the +972 magazine piece too, about the ‘Lavender’ AI story (which is totally chiiling 😯)
But even if Khamas fighters did go seek medical help at Al-Shifa or any of the other hospitals, according to int’l law, enemy combatants are only legally able to be killed if & when they’re in actual combat. Once they’ve been hurt though, or once they’re in a hospital being treated, they’re not considered active combatants. Which is also why Israel’s argument doesn’t work.
Thank you for this.
