- ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula says a meeting has been held to resolve an impasse between the ANC in KZN and Nehawu. This comes after relations soured between the two organisation following remarks made by ANC KZN provincial secretary Bheki Mtolo directed at Nehawu.
Mtolo has agreed to apologise to Nehawu over his scathing remarks with Mbalula saying his remarks were unfortunate and misplaced.

Mtolo speaks the truth and those who still believe in the propaganda think that South Africans will still listen to them. In 2026 they will remember the words of Mtolo. Why is it that everything that is controlled by the anc fails? How long will black people suffer under the black leaders? Why are services poor under black government? Afrikaners managed to turn things around after the Anglo Boer war? Why are black people not owning factories after thirty years of black government? Why is corruption so rife under black government? Why this high level of unemployment affecting blacks? Must we continue blaming apartheid even now? Why are black people not encouraged and supported in every business ventures that they try? I am a full member of ANC as a political party that we fought for and NEHAWU as trade union, the only challenge for them is they are not loyal to members what makes people die in public facilities is the incompetence appointment of officials without relevant qualifications to lead strategic posts, due to favoritism etc. Lets them refrain from that, sometimes people say the truth about what they see n its hurt.
Whether remarks are withdrawn the truth what he said remains in many people's minds you can't just wipe them out in our minds.

If you'll appreciate to be engaged! When Mtolo said nurses are nehawu members (one blanket fits all) he was wrong. Some nurses belong to Denosa, Hospersa, PSA, etc and others are with Nehawu. He wrongly created Nehawu as the single trade union responsible for the bad we see in public institutions

All south african trade unions must find a new political home, this anc sold out on many issues. Now 2 pot system is here to benefit only the government and hard working south africans will need to buy retirement annuity when they retire because the anc led government wont provide them with government pension ( sassa). Now whats with all this taxes for ? They've paid payE their whole working life and worse you still want them to buy their retirement annuity? This is totally unacceptable as many will retire living in shacks and will still have to use their hard earned provident funds to buy retirement annuity and still continue living in poverty in their retirement years. Yoooooh this a big flop.
