I use Triphala 3:2:1 sold by gaurashtra. We should consume in that ratio only as advised by late Rajiv Dixit Sir🙏. Many Indian product don't mention that ratio and has less effective. Thank you doctor for bringing mix of modern medicine and Ayurvedic 🙏

I went to do blood work as a routine and the dr told me my vitamin d was low and at the same time my hair was shedding bad so now I’m taking vitamin d3 so I hope it helps

Oil yr hair ..keep oil on hair..check.vit DVit C..eat tablets of both .. have zinc magnesium calcium.. ..stop eating junk...estrogen imbalance..stress .. Use shikakai n reetha ..not shampoo.
