Hi just watched your video as the name of this peak came up on a podcast I was listening to about earthquakes. Looks like a nice spot for a wild camp. Great vlog. ATB Mark
Hi Mark Welsh Walkabout, thanks for your kind comments, we intend to return and make a better video of this walk, we discovered an easier way up the mountain after walking up one of the hard routes, we should have gone up the same way as we came back down, also hopefully we will have better visibility next time as that day was quite hazy, all the very best from Epic Walks Wales.
Thank you for your kind words Vann Junkin, hope to be back in the mountains and lakes of North Wales around May 2021 if our government allows us to travel by then, take care from Epic Walks Wales.
Hi, thanks for your kind comments, its about 8km circular walk about 4-5 hours, not sure about wild camping but as long as you leave no trace or any camp fires and take litter home with you no one would probably know you have camped there, take care from Epic Walks Wales.
Hi Jeff and Mandy. I've enjoyed the 2 films of yours that I've watched so far - thank you (also liked the Nantlle Ridge one). The videos are very well produced with the quality of the camera showing through. Just one small favour - please don't wave to the camera quite so often! ;-)) Never been to Cadair Berwyn so I will need to see it for myself now. Where did you start from?
Hi Jack we started the walk from the Pistyll Rhaeadr car park, which in itself is a challenge to get to by car as there’s no public transport. It initially skirts Pistyll Rhaeadr before climbing uphill along a good mountain track to the mountain tarn of Llyn Lluncaws. It’s a steep ascent along the top of Craig Y Llyn before the summit of Cadair Berwyn is reached From here you could continue to Cadair Bronwen but this route descends to the glacial Llyn Lluncaws and then through the beautiful Cwm Nant y Llyn valley before returning to the car park. It's a nice descent with the Nant y Llyn stream and some gorgeous scenery to enjoy. Hope this helps
@@jackwern8685 Hi Jack, I must admit I thought the waving was a nice sentiment! I agree that the video was well produced and I have now put these walks on my hit list of to do walks. Thanks to Jeff and Mandy for the beautiful scenery you brought to my screen as I watch on a cold January afternoon,
Beautiful guys!

Went here today. Beautiful area. The waterfall was gushing and very powerful with the amount of rainfall recently. Well worth seeing. Great vlog ❤️

Hi absolutely stunning place. Just wanted to know how long did it take you to walk around and back? Is wild camping allowed here?
