This is so true, some years back my mom started doing reiki, we would soon have weird noises in our basement, as if someone was throwing things around. Then in winter, snow was on the ground. Someone knocked on the door, we opened, there was no-one, not even footsteps in the snow. Some minutes later, again, the same thing. We called a priest and he gave us holy water and crosses. You touched on sacramentals toward the end. I find it interesting that sometimes we Catholics (and our Orthodox brethren) will be accused of idolatry for the use of sacramentals like medals, icons, holy water, etc. What jumped to my mind as you were talking about the Scriptures was how the woman with the hemorrhage (wow I spelled it right) believed if she touched even the tassel of Jesus' cloak, she would be healed? Why? It's His clothing. It's just a piece of cloth. What about in Acts when Peter and the Apostles were walking among the lame, and even their shadow falling on them or handkerchiefs they touched contained the healing power of God? There is real power in sacramentals.
That was a great way of saying it. Was trying to find a way to explain to my protestant brothers about this issue and this will help. Thank you brother.

When constantine decreed rome merge with christianity it was due to their paganistic rituals that was brought into this religion called catholicism. Jesus was jewish and so idols is a serious no..no and it is clear in the word in the Old and New Testaments that we are not to produce any graven images of anything in Heaven or on Earth and so it is with biblical Christianity still today, if its not biblical its not a part of the Bride of Christ(Church)

Jesus also teaches us what we should do by demonstration in so many ways when he doesn't need to by necessity. He goes up on a mountain to pray, when he's already God, of course he doesn't have to pray to converse with the Father. But he's showing his disciples (us, by extension) what we should be doing. He most certainly knows all past and future scripture, but he also teaches us to meditate on God's word through prayer and to combine it with penance because we, as humans, need him as an example.

And God the Father hung on the cross as the holy Ghost did. JESUS IS THE FATHER AND THE GHOST BUT SEPARATE ALSO. How this truly works I couldn't tell you I cant fill a hole in the beach with the entire ocean
@@sttommore then you worship 3 gods. Because if you have seen Me, He said, you have seen the Father. The protestants especially evangelicals worship Jesus, pentecostals worship the Ghost, the Jews worship the Father whereas Catholics worship in the name of The Father and Son and Ghost, as one God
@@sttommore But Scott is correct in his first comment. The second person of the Holy trinity existed before he incarnated. It is in the first chapter of st. John's gospel.
@@sttommore Then Jesus should already know the scriptures, correct?
Jesus also teaches us what we should do by demonstration in so many ways when he doesn't need to by necessity. He goes up on a mountain to pray, when he's already God, of course he doesn't have to pray to converse with the Father. But he's showing his disciples (us, by extension) what we should be doing. He most certainly knows all past and future scripture, but he also teaches us to meditate on God's word through prayer and to combine it with penance because we, as humans, need him as an example.
❤❤❤❤❤
I'm gonna stop ASMR Reiki lol
You have to have confession and full 180 of it tho. It won't be easy because the demons will try to get you back.
When you read God's word you'll find that no one needed permission to exorcise someone. Certainly not Jesus. The Apostles were given authority by Jesus to cat out demons and heal the sick.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 this presenters giving us lessons about history
Magic medaillions? cmon?
Yeah Im a Catholic but Im skeptical of the supernatural power of icons and medallions. I dont know. Ive felt afraid but Ive never had a supernatural evil encounter like this gentlemen describes. I believe in the power of prayer for strength healing and guidance to love and truth.
I literally had sleep paralysis yesterday .i was actually sleeping i assume but i was conscious and present on my bed,in my soul.the demon whispered 'sex' in my year ,because i was having lustful thoughts before i slept i believe.i actually touched the back of its bald head when it locked my neck with its hand.pretty cool experience, didn't know how real the spirit world and demons were till the experience.
Cool!?
@@spidernymph8964 yea really cool.uncomfortable but not everyone experiences that.i got to tho
Looks like it is Repent O'Clock.

Anan, I've had similar sorts of sleep paralysis.. specifically two occasions in my life where someone (or something) malevolent was in the room with me... on both occasions, I was actually awake but having what I assume were auditory and visual hallucinations... I can say neither of those experiences were cool in anyway, they still haunt me to this day.
this shit gave me faith
As long as you get faith, you will know this is a blessing…
Noice.
What awful nonsense. The apocryphal story about the boxes and the "holy" metals is particularly absurd.
This topic is where Catholicism loses me. I can’t see this as anything but nonsense and superstition.
Its kind of a catch 22. If you don't believe in God the demons arnt going to show themselves because they already have you.
I didn't believe in the supernatural so i went and played with it (as a baptized Catholic but fell away). I did a ouija board by myself... It worked. I did the "magic" stuff...it didn't work. Still worst decision ever. I legit started having issues instantly. Nightmares and night terrors. Mirrors in my house started cracking. Relationship issues with my wife.
Finally, went back to the church. Got my wife baptized, went to confession and it all stopped.
@@KethenGoesHam How old was your house? Was it in a hot climate? That can actually cause parts of a house to crack. What do you mean by the board worked but the "magic stuff" did'nt work? Did the arrow move without you touching it? What did it spell out? Please clarify as soon as possible
@@KethenGoesHam this is true. I tried to go back to Catholicism and leave the new age ideas and I was oppressed by demons mentally. It wasn't "I am worthless, I'll just jump" but straight up bullying me and feeding me lies and fear. It didn't show its face but anything negative or bad comes from evil. It is true guys! I am going to mass everyday now and it seized. Never going back at that ever again
You guys are not thinking straighr
Utter rubbish!
It might be... noone really knows.
But just to hear these things from anyone is just crazy to think to about...
Imagine if all of this is real. just imagine. There are SO, SO many things we dont know about of our earth and universe ✨.......
This man is a clown. Stating obvious facts but closing off the greater truths of spiritual being. Believer upon Christ and never fear in the face of demons, but this man leans on a lot of mumbojumbo.
Could you provide some examples?
