Why does it take so long for my game to load? Is there something to fix? I placed each file in the right folder (i.e. states into history). I also added manpower and state categories (i.e. metropolis, town, etc.).

ahh the game always crashes with/without DLCs.... What version i need to use?
Tool is dead, hasnt been updated since 1.5, to fix that problem though I just added all provinces into a strategic reigon and deleted dated content.
