Dear your If statement is wrong... correct form is something like that :
if($a == $b) {
echo "Equal";
}
Single "=" means that you are assigning the value of $b to $a.

Aise call nahi kar sakte. Aap function ke andar toh IF statement bana sakte ho lekin IF statement ke andar function bana kar bahar se call nahi kar sakte.
