Limerick is a great place and the city center is quite beautiful and relaxing to walk through. The stuff in this video is old news and Limerick has a brand news vibe. If people have issues with each other, they should just duke it out in a field.
@@Tombro1856 like every city, there is a certain level of caution required late at night and in estates where you're not from. Today, Limerick is a great place to live and is relatively safe.
Give us a 1 hour special on all the cool stuff in Limerick. We are overdue it. This is the same city that goes electric on days of big rugby matches. Has 4 rowing clubs on a river full of beautiful swans. Modern glass towers sit alongside the longest row of Georgian architecture in Ireland. The UL campus is the most modern and expansive in Ireland. Limerick has the most freely flowing traffic of all Irish cities. Very few Limerick people are 'up themselves' and will happily chat to strangers.
@arsenalkid47 thats true man, labeling people and stereotyping them is part of the problem,i live there and have never been in trouble my whole life, the corporation are to blame its bad planning and should never have been so big in the first place also they now have built fences around us and 10ft walls if it was in any other country there would be outrage and its no wonder the kids already are used of being treated different and used of isolation, it is a product of the system
@whisky321 It is really great to read that some people love Limerick and are proud of it. We had Gangs also. The worst weapons we had were sticks and stones but no one in our gangs in those days were killed or crippled. Most of us Gang members in those days went to Mass every Sunday and confession at least once a Month' Plus we had the Holy Family Confraternity at the "Fathers", St. Anthony's Tuesday nights at the Franciscans and Benediction in the evenings at most of the other Churches!.
the whole up limerick was up in air the day mark molony was shoti was there watching as reporters toke photos and by the way its the last scene with the gardai putting down the given to him by marks sister
That's nothing, the Crumlin /Drimnagh was 17 murders, 16 of them were in a few year period. The Kinahan Hutch fued has claimed 18 lives so far and it's still not finished.
