Hey playmaker I love your videos! Keep up the good work and don't forget to try France, they just got added yesterday and they have a crazy mission tree.
@ I mean the modifiers he has stacked are insane - only thing that looked like trouble was the impending return of Christ but maybe he spared us the suffering of the rebel simulator …
Your first attempt a couple of months ago inspired me back then to give the Fifth Monarchist a shot. I didn't struggle getting to the requirement and used a lot of subject integrations to make it happen. However, after completing the 1000 province requirement, the +20 national unrest modifier stays so what's the point really? Would be more rewarding if the national unrest malus gets removed with the final event. Didn't enjoy the campaign and abandoned it. Seems like an oversight.
I don't know if it has been done before, but can you use the HRE route to get the 1000 provinces with one click? Be england, be the emperor, revoke, start the 1000 provinces conquest, trigger the 5th monarchist, and form HRE to own that 1000 provinces instantly
to give some blind context here, there are just over 3000 provinces in eu4, which means you need to conquer a third of the entire map in order to survive this easter egg government.
At first I was disappointed there's no "good" way to end this crazy government type but then again in a mostly realistic historical game it couldn't end any other way. I wish every major nation had a hidden, rare mechanic like this to potentially implode, maybe unleashing a horrible virus for colonizing giants like Portugal or Castille that wipes out their manpower for decades (instead of discovering El Dorado which happens almost every game), or a massive peasant revolt in Russia. Maybe in EU5.
@@Theplaymaker57 im pretty sure in habibis playground #2 some guy started ay fith monarchist, failed it and then somehow managed to get the government form back, without the events or penalties
Another big problem with AI (especially ottos) is they keep forts but don't upgrade them? Like it's the 1650's and they still have castles up. Just delete the fort at that point
I don't get why you aren't using the tiny African/native opms to get more time. Just use the great Lakes, Asia and Australia: I thought that was why you picked Bastille

i remember randomly stumbling upon this gov type when looking through custom nation options, it's mechanics screamed out for a mad lad to pilot.
Would love to see this run continued on the max zeal!
I did this a while ago and for me it was not so fun due to the +20 national unrest modifier staying even once you hit the final event.

If you bankrupt it resets
@ skill issue :)

With the build I ran, anything I converted would not have rebel issues. So it became, somewhat playable. But I know what you mean.
now we gots to see you world conquest with this save without exploding with rebels
with tolerence and unrest reduction I think he had no rebels once he taught them about Jesus

Yes as long as you are the emperor and pass the reforms
if you want to know if the ottomans have decadence, you can look at their fort defensiveness, it should be negative

Finally, you realized how beautiful fifth monarchy is.
When you try to avoid the end of the world, and incidentally conquer it
Yo what happens after the last event? Does your gov type change back or what
you can release a vassal, make them a march, and then revoke that march to lose stability easily
Divine ideas can be really good in your situation, culture convert reduction cost, national unrest (and even tolerance of the true faith in policy)
GREAT video as always bro ❤
Appreciate it!
if you want a quick way to lose stab, you can swap your colonial policy

Do world conquest with this.
Idea.. when doing the expansions, leave 1 province minors. you can attack and defeat fast. maybe buy you enough time with out feeling as rushed?
Will you finally do it?
I’m pretty sure the event can’t fire twice so what is stopping you from just purposely having it end and then you don’t have to race against the clock
if it ends you lose the government mechanics

All the land in half states became full states when you granted them to your vassals and then integrated the vassals right?
The playmaker has saved us all God be praised
Big fan of that
