This game played better than NCAA Basketball 10. I own both games and played them. It seems like 10 was on a different engine and I felt that game played bad. I played 09 and noticed that in 09, the players played a lot more realistic than where in 10 it felt just bad. They should have never switched to another engine and just kept the one from 09 to make 10.
well i have ncaa 09 and the gameplay is bad. i dont have ncaa 10 since its too expensive and i cant compare the two, but i do have college hoops 2k8 and the gameplay on that game is so much better than ncaa 09 even though ncaa 09 looks nicer with the graphics.

These are the playstyles your team can play as, and can affect your goals for the game and the speed your team plays at For the examples I'm about to give is only for CPU vs CPU play or how the CPU would playa against you. I do a lot of CPU vs CPU play so I know how they would work for each tempo. If you play up-tempo, this is the fastest tempo to play at and your team will push the pace and look to score within ten seconds. Defense might be a bit more aggressive with a lot more trapping. Half-court is the slowest as your team will look to score near the end of the shot clock and defense would be passive and not that aggressive. Balance is a middle ground for the two different tempos. So defense might switch between being real aggressive and being real passive, and your offense might shoot the ball between 15-20 seconds left on the shot clock. So tempos affect the pace of the game and if the tempo meter is in your ideal tempo your team will start playing a lot better. So can it can help you go on long runs. So if your down by a lot or want to start putting the game away having the games tempo as your ideal tempo will help you do make that comeback/ put that game away. If the tempo is on neither of teams ideal tempo then neither team will get a boost.

Thing is nba live 19 wasn’t bad and with some of those mechanics and newly developed ones they could make a solid run with the NCAA series again.
