Sony straight up has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I can't get a real human through either the chat or the phone and it's driving me up a wall. Been locked out of an account for 7 years now and they just refuse to even TRY helping me.
Don’t worry I got through with a real human being ONCE and still was no help once so ever still locked out of my account and all my games with hundreds of hours I’m broke so I can’t buy ANY game and I’m basically fucked bc the “human” was zero help. Thanks Sony.
Giving them your email and gamertag means absolutely nothing. You need your credit card information and last transactions you made they will need the transaction numbers unless you give them that info they will NOT recover your account

What if you have your email and your password..but it goes straight to the 2 step verification thing and it tells you that it's gonna send a code number to your mobile....and then it never does...and then you go to the support page but you get a bot to chat with that can help you....if you just enter your email and password...that then sends you to the 2 step thing again...and never sends you the code you need in the first place????

When I try to sign in, it tell me that my password is wrong. I tried to change my password five different times and none of them worked. I changed my sign in ID. It still does not work and still tells me my password of sign in ID is wrong. My connection is fine and I am able to sign in just fine on the PlayStation app.

They kept asking me the last 4 digits of card I used and the original S/N on my system. No help on my end at all
