Binardat 3 Port Out/1 Port In PoE Passthrough Switch Extender

Hi I have a yualey outdoor gigabit poe extender 1 in 3 out 802.3af /4 port poe repeater. My problem is when I connect the second camera different cable it won't work could I be a lesser power cable . When I plug the red cable straight to switch and then camera it works, when I plug the second camera through pose e tender it doesn't work

Been using them for 2 years.
This one in plastic is low total power but they can go up to 90 watts.

It's a handy device for certain applications. I wish it did gigabit speeds but then it would cost more.
