I’m glad the pleading worked. I am watching a lot of these and I’ve noticed most of them don’t utilize pleading with Grimm much if at all. I think pleading with grim, since it is allowed, should just be another part the mortality odds. If people don’t want a supernatural element to their challenge (I’ve seen both vampires and spell casters utilized in people’s ultimate decades lps in creative ways), I would consider pleading with Grimm to be similar to how sometimes having a positive outlook on your own chances has a positive effect on your health, so basically, they refused to give up and managed to make it long enough to get better. Obviously that doesn’t work on everything, but I think pleading with Grimm could work even in a lp without occults (not sure if you have any plans for occults).
Yess! I def think i dont mind pleading with Grimm. i did debate letting it happen for “realism”, but it really is a bummer to not even try! Also u already cant plead for newborns and Grimm doesnt always say yes! There’ll be plenty of tragedy either way 😅. And i havent counted out occults in general! Especially for a side household, i love vampires!
@@SleepyTimeSims Sounds like you have some story ideas up your sleeve. I don’t play occults a lot, but I love having them in my game, especially if they cause chaos. The lore on most if not all of these occults has been around for a long while and even if it hadn’t, they have disguises. You might not know they are around. Exactly as you said with Grimm. You can plead, but that doesn’t mean it will work. Not sure what the odds of it working are, but I think it’s reasonable to try.
@@StoryGirl83 same, i think ive only ever played with vampires some but i have all the occult packs! Im always daydreaming stories lol. Im so glad i have a computer that can do all this now, ive been waiting years to share on youtube
@@SleepyTimeSims I think the occult I’ve played with the most is spellcasters. The main one I have played with mostly just casts the spell to clean everyone so his household doesn’t need to take baths or showers. It is very much a ridiculous use of spellcasters and I love it. Best spell. 10/10 would recommend.

LOL. Even with mods that can lead to death in my other save files, I rarely lost sims to untimely demises! Death rolls def shake things up.
