YOU MUST KNOW THE ELECTRIC POWERED MOTOR !!
1. Connect your Control panel with Switch off
2. Master Switch Must off and Secure key is remove )
3. Connect your Main Battery to speed control
4. Install your propeller to motor shaft and secure the bolt on
5. Clear the propeller areas before put key and turn on control
6. throttle slow let propeller spinning make sure everything okay

This is Deaf Hang Glider ( im doing Electric Scooter ) i notice you Install propeller before electric connect on battery pack ( THIS DANGEROUS if you Connect the power resource then motor may Spinning unaware the power controller may mis judgement !!!! you will may kill or injired when propeller turn spinning after you connect the battery pack !!
