This Galaxy appears in Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games as the setting for Dream Ski Jump. In this version the planets are rearranged to become obstacles as you are flying through the air. Airships and ice crystals are also obstacles. A new planet appears as the landing strip where you must aim for the highest points.

I've 100%ed this game several times and used to watch tons of Mario Galaxy Secrets videos on UA-cam. I never knew you could destroy those boulders with a spin
Just keep in mind that when going through the Galaxies, you must watch out for the Black Holes since you will be instantly defeated if you get sucked into any of them.
Another fact I'm not sure if you skipped on purpose or didn't know about - but the piranha plant you can see at 8:31 is in a warp pipe which takes you to an area with the switches (maybe even simply called flipswitches as official name) you see in galaxies not featured in this series (primarily flipswitch, but also gateway). It's basically an alternate path that skips the big purple piranha if my memory serves.
