Exactly, we even fall for his 'Is Nigeria working for...' rant. But, we now know it was all positioning himself to be picked by the criminals on top, and now they've clearly hired him and he's in their defence, so nigeria is now working for him!
That's why we want any rational person still talking about saving Nigeria to wake up and join the Revolution to end it and this rotten demons sucking out blood of innocent people.

Every other states in Nigeria have state capital, now what is the capital of Abuja? Let start from there. Abuja as it is stated in the constitution is a federal capital territory of Nigeria. Abuja do not have a governor nor state assembly, and Abuja do not have local governments. Abuja as a capital of Nigeria alone is a territory different from every other states in Nigeria and Abuja should be treated as such. I write again what is the capital of Abuja?

I find it funny to note that 5 days after the judgment, the Media has been re-litigating the Presidential Election Petition. What is the purpose of this? Is the Media trying to sit as the Supreme Court which it is not. It is only the Supreme Court that has the presumption of right to so do. The matter will soon become boring to hear and hear again. Let ARISE TV look for another Program to air. Enough of this case is enough

The Judiciary in Nigeria has shown in this verdict that only the rich, powerful and connected will receive justice in the country. Although fundamental flaws abound in the claimants' cases nonetheless it was expected that the justices shall consider holistically the crucial aspects of the cases in line with the principle of equity and fairness.

We were duped by the Judges because many people didnt hear what the petitioners presented during the court hearings. The judges deliberately refused to allow the broadcast of the hearings. How would people know that the petitioners did not prove their case since the masses were denied public broadcast of the proceedings? It was a very crafty scheme aimed at creating a public discourse where only lawyers could comment on the judgement, because they know that most layers will be scared to criticize them inasmuch they will one day bring cases before them. What a shame!

He is unaware that "The law empowered INEC to adopt any format/procedure for the election and once the process has been adopted and communicated to the people it has became a law. "
INEC said they shall use electronic transmission of result for 2023 general election, automatically that has became a law according to the guideline governing the electoral process.

@jerrychristopher2222 since you're not a lawyer, let me tell you this. You can have the best case presented in court, if the judge wants to be mischievous, nothing in our laws stop them. They only get stopped if we can prove over a length of time that the certain judge in compromised, been bribed, or they have an impaired cognition. Even then, you and a number of lawyers will need to write your complaint to the judicial commission to deal with it.
I'll leave you with this, Edo people have a saying 'the child you intend to beat, can never do anything right. '
As long as you're determined to beat the child, you'll never run out of excuse to beat them.
The judges struck out witnesses and evidence on the basis that they weren't submitted in time when they lodged the original prayers. That is correct in law. The respondent needs to know what they are responding to in order to n prepare themselves.
The only issue here is, the same court ordered INEC to give LP access to relevant materials. INEC delayed and went to the same court to ask permission to reconfigure the BVAS machines.
By the tine the LP had access, they needed to prepare their submissions rather quickly.
The same INEC that caused the delay then complains that they didn't have the proper items to respond to.
Equity in law should not allow that. What's shocking is that the judges didn't have even one reprimand for the electoral umpire.
They struck out the statement of the expert witness from Amazon on the basis she was relying on a report she did not prepare. On the surface that looks like a solid judgement but let's dive in a little deeper.
INEC used Amazon services and claimed that on the day in question, the server was hacked.
Amazon Web services has a daily report you can access to know if the sites was hacked or not.
If you give me that report, I can't make sense of it. I am useless with IT. I don't know about you. Therefore an IT expert will need to interpret it.
Some experts in fields like a soil might need to test soil. A forensic pathologist will test dead bodies to find cause of death. How does an IT expert test to see whether a server was hacked?
Unless you know the day of the hacking, how do you capture it? You can only rely on the reports from the back end to interpret what occurred.
I've said enough. We can keep fooling ourselves in Nigeria or we can choose we want a better society. It's up to us.
These judges did no justice in their judgements. They've held the Nigerian democracy hostage.its a pity.

It sounds great. So if PDP joins I'm with LP, who is the real winner? They're both pleading to be declared winners.
Why should PDP help LP and vice versa? That's why it would be best practice in this particular scenario will be to compare your own results with what is on the IREV, what was declared by INEC and what was received in the party's situation room.

And to think that I used to have so much respect for him considering how objective and sometimes positively sentimental he used to be on issues plaguing the poor and oppressed, it’s funny to see how he has chosen to ignore all the irregularities and injustices just to prove that he is a lawyer and he stands by his profession. What I see here is a man who feels the need to play devils advocate. Sometimes the truth is the truth even though the lie looks more interesting. Sad to see people like him become something else and for what reason? One may never find out

Arise no try, 'no time, , no time' This is the future of Nigeria, if we have any. Such platform is one that provides an opportunity for both parties to legally defend their stand. That opportunity was lost here. I am not a lawyer but the impression here is that there is a legal backing for what happened at the PEPC.

Millions of people in Nigeria including the clergy, the poor, hungry, educated, illiterate, etc are very ready to be supporting evil even when you cannot see what they are benefitting from supporting evil.
