You don't need to set reach pins for anything anymore. Pinterest automatically detects meta data on the pages and created Rich pins respectively. So if you link a pin to a Product page on something like Shopify or Etsy, Pinterest will create a Product pin for it.

for new Pinterest account it is best to start slow about 5 pins per day, then increase this amount daily and slowly. If you have a lot of pages on the site you can pin to, maybe a few hundred pages, then you could post up to 20 pins per day

This is normal number of impressions, especially if your account is new. Keep working on it and check the same pins for stats 3 months later.
