There are times where those rooting for him see him beaten in a state never seen before, in which they start to lose hope, but Superman never gives up and continues the fight, fighting for those that need him. And what's more, when there comes a villain that can hurt him, not like Lex with Kryptonite, or Mxyzptlk with tricks, but a genuine monster who can throw a punch harder than the Man of Steel, Superman never falters. Not even for a moment. Because when those villains come around, he knows that he's one of the only people in existence who can defeat them. The World Forger, Doomsday, Darkseid, Brainiac. Superman is anything but basic. He's got all this power, but he stays humble. My favorite scenes of him are when he's just being an amazing person with a caring heart. Agreed except that Saitama remark. He's satire, so a different league and if mentioned, it's mainly to troll. If anyone uses him for serious, they don't understand the series. And anyways, it's more specifically to troll fans of Goku, not of Superman. Saitama fits far better in the universe of Slayers or Excel Saga to make comparisons, if even those.

@@ShmapionI agree it's so dumb, like what makes superman great is against everything he's still a hero and it would be so easy for him to be a villain
Superman’s name is perfect because he’s everything mankind should be. He is all of our greatest traits, all of our potential, magnified in a single exemplar of selflessness. Despite being an alien, he shows us a superior way to be man.
I'll admit superman isn't my favorite superhero, in fact when I was younger I actually hated him. But as I got older and learned more about the character, mainly via the comics and shows, I've grown to appreciate the man of steel. With that being said this song, similar to reclaim, perfectly captures the spirit of the character. Well done Divide.
Superman was an immigrant who had to fit in since he was actually an outcast of society. But he became a symbol of hope for the world to look up to and was accepted by many who appreciate him. I was an immigrant from Africa and immigrated to the usa 28 years ago, so I see Superman as an inspiration and someone to aspire to. So this song was a reminder to keep pushing forward
Been waiting for a Superman song after the Batman one. Superman is an inspiration for me when I get over whelmed and I can just sit down and read a story about a man who can help anyone. Superman is the best!!!
"It is April 18th, 1938. Superman lifts a car over his head, and I am inspired." Superman has set the bar for superheroes for 86 years, held and hailed as what it means to be a hero in every way. There is no character, in all of fiction, that even comes close to being as big of an icon, or an inspiration, as the Man of Tomorrow.
while the song is about Superman talking to the people of the world, i just can't help but interpret 2:22 as Lois talking to Clark. He knows he can't save everyone, that lesson was taught when his father died of natural causes, something out of Clark's control. despite that lesson though, he'll push himself beyond his limits with the goal of saving everyone. and when he reaches his breaking points, there's one person in the world he always comes back to that brings him up again
This song perfectly encapsulates Superman. He's strong but inspiring. He makes you believe in hope. That everything will be okay. He can save the world one moment and then get a cat off a tree the next.
Superman is the standard all heros must be judged against. To expect the complexity of other heros denies him the core of what he is. . He is truth. . He is justice. . He is The Superman.
I don’t know why people think Superman isn’t smart, he has better technology than Batman and has made a serum that gave Lois his powers for 24 hours, he’s not basic
That's a plot so cool and overworldy that was inspired directly from the Silver Age of Comics, Sups having Solar System Problems was his thing because he was strong enough, but he still keep himself humble and kind
One might even argue that he's the BEST superhero of all time. Not everyone will agree with that of course, but I think a legit argument could be made for it. April 18th, 1938. The day that Action Comics #1 was available for purchase (for just a penny by the way), the first ever Superman comic. The world was forever changed on that day. I wonder if the creators actually knew what it was that they were creating.
The Symbol of Hope The Last Son of Krypton A Man who embodies the best of Humanity Edit: Just have to say that Superman flying at 0:33 and 1:36 goes too hard
YES. YES DIVIDE MUSIC GETS IT YES. THE MAN OF STEEL IS NOT A BORING CHARACTER THE ONLY THING BORING ABOUT HIM IS THE LAZY SCHMUCKS AT DC WHO REFUSE TO WRITE GOOD STORIES FOR HIM. SUPERMAN IS NOT BASIC HE IS NOT BORING AND DIVIDE MUSIC JUST GAVE THE MAN OF ATEEL A SMALL TASTE OF THE RESPECT HE DESERVES. THATS WHAT IM TALKIN ABOUT.
Call me crazy, but this and Down and Under (Divides Midoriya song) sound like a great mashup. And the fact that both of them have a similar theme to saving the pure and stopping the evil is just the cherry on top!
I feel like a lot of people put too much emphasis on Supes being "soft" and a "boy scout". They forget his intensity, or how much strength it takes to strive to do right no matter what. This song is perfect for reminding people of that!
Now this is who Superman REALLY is! Not someone who allows the evils of the world to corrupt him, like how so many story writers of today want people to believe. But a man, who uses the powers he was blessed with to protect the innocent and those who can't defend themselves from the forces of evil, no matter where it rears its ugly face!
"Superman's is the story of a god trying to live amongst men. It's not about if he loses a fight, but whether about he's doing the right thing. That's why he stands for truth, justice, and freedom. That's why he doesn't wear a mask. That's why he's called the Superman" -death battle.
A song that’s embraced the spirit of the Man of Tomorrow, and strength of the first Superhero and he inspired many to follow his example, even with so many evil counterparts spring up in every media, Superman is still the Symbol for Truth and Justice.
The most accurate Superman to his character rather than abilities in recent memory is from My Adventures with Superman. A gentle giant that wants to help more than anything else.
I definitely want DC to use this song for our Superman. This songs represents Man of Steel not because he’s god like strong but he has a will stronger to make anyone bow down to him and the people he protects❤
What I love about Superman is that he doesn’t need a tragic backstory or have a obligation to help He literally is just a hero because he has the power to do it and he just wants to help
Kal El of Kryton is not a man of steel. We often forget that while he has been gifted with the powers of a god, he's still a man of flesh and bone. One not of our planet embodies the best that we aspire to be while flying through the skies and himself in front of whatever danger that may end us. He stands up no matter what he's facing as we cheer his name because we know that Hope is still fighting strong. Superman is NOT overrated.
Awesome song as always from the GOAT Divide... so glad to see Superman getting the love he deserves, him, Batman and Spidey are FOREVER the big 3 superheroes that DEFINED what a hero is

This fits superman so well its crazy how you once again managed to absolutely nail a character. Superman has always been the character the movies have failed to really show well, yet comics and animated Superman just inspire
It's crazy to think about how many dozens of other songs Divide has created for characters who would not exist at all or would be VERY different if Superman had not come first. His series have had so many major roles in shaping our current ideas of heroism that it's mindblowing. Some of the biggest anime series are what they are because of Superman, like MHA and OPM for instance. Allmight obviously has Captain America inspiration, but there's a LOT of Superman in there
Superman is the first superhero, he's the one that defined what it means to be a Superhero. I try to be like him when i can, and so should everyone else
The thing that ultimately makes Superman *work* is that the end of the day, he's not supposed to be an unachievable paragon of morality that only the best of us could hope to be. He's just an ordinary guy from the Midwest who understands that the power he has-to borrow from another ordinary guy in a big city-great responsibility to go with it. We don't need to sit, hoping for Superman to come save us. We need to realize we can already be him, if we just stop being afraid to reach out to save each other.
This song GETS Superman. It's also an absolute banger, but I really love how it captures the essence of what makes Superman such an amazing character. He exists to fight the battles others can't, to save people from danger no matter how dire. That compassion and selfless heroism is the core of Superman, and I feel like this song really GETS that. Love it, great work!
"To Superman, the alien from the stars who taught us how to be heroes." - Martian Manhunter. Edit: I don't think that's the exact quote, but it was something very similar to that in the Justice League animated show.

He has weaknesses. Its not like he is the strongest character in dc.
@@Adrian2223-vx4wx He's more durable than half the DC and Marvel universe combined
@@elliotw4606 you missed my point
@@bleachpong No I got it and said I agree just made my own point too. Would be nice though if you elaborate and shared what I missed with the class though just to be sure? I know superman is relatively underrated nowadays partially because batman overshadowed him, followed by the bat family and villains. People just wanted something different but it's gone far enough that they forgot the OG.
I’m glad we are now in a time where we love Superman again.
Agreed.
Alot of people never stopped loving him like me but I'm also more of a anime person lol
@@supersaiyanred2650jappn seemed to consistently still love superman
never stopped, just grew to like more mature versions like luther strode, he tries his best, but luther isn't superman and his powers don't come from a pure orgin like the sun, but from murder and sin.
@@painvillegaming4119Yo fr?? Japanese fans like Superman??
Thats actually so dope!!
Went from the biggest villain like Darth Vader to now one of the many greatest heros in comic history Superman,This is definitely a yin and Yang kind of arc here,Awsome sing for a workout Playlist
People call Superman basic, but really he’s the core values and meaning of the term “superhero”
The Evil Superman era is over, the GOAT is back, WE ARE SO BACK!
Evil Superman is CRINGE
True that
@@ShmapionI agree it's so dumb, like what makes superman great is against everything he's still a hero and it would be so easy for him to be a villain
Superman’s name is perfect because he’s everything mankind should be. He is all of our greatest traits, all of our potential, magnified in a single exemplar of selflessness. Despite being an alien, he shows us a superior way to be man.
Marlon Brando said it best:
"They can be a great people, Kal'El. They wish to be. They need only someone to show them the way."
"Kal'el the child from the stars who taught us all how to be hero's"
A literal immigrant to earth, that stands for us all. Keep pushing and staying strong brother,it's the example he sets for us all
Been waiting for a Superman song after the Batman one.
Superman is an inspiration for me when I get over whelmed and I can just sit down and read a story about a man who can help anyone. Superman is the best!!!
"It is April 18th, 1938. Superman lifts a car over his head, and I am inspired."
Superman has set the bar for superheroes for 86 years, held and hailed as what it means to be a hero in every way.
There is no character, in all of fiction, that even comes close to being as big of an icon, or an inspiration, as the Man of Tomorrow.
Superman on top once again, even now he's still the GOAT of the Superhero culture.
This song was beautifully made. I love his love for Lois, and how the song incorporates their love.
I’m sure it’s often said, but I think a Divide song on Superman was the fastest I ever clicked.
This is gonna be sick, I just know it. Divide just never misses
while the song is about Superman talking to the people of the world, i just can't help but interpret 2:22 as Lois talking to Clark.
Superman IS the blueprint of what a hero is.
Long live the big blue boy scout
superman. kal'el. clark kent. last son of krypton. the man with many names. and man more human than all of us
This song perfectly encapsulates Superman.
Goku and Superman are the GOATs when it comes to heroes. Both inspire people to be better and push harder than they thought possible.
This would honestly slap as the credit music at the end of Superman (2025)
Glad Superman is getting the respect he deserves after a couple decades of mockery and “deconstruction.” Let’s give it up for The Man of Tomorrow!
Amazing tribute to one of the best DC Super Heroes of all time, the one who started it all!
Respect, absolute Superman
The Symbol of Hope
The Last Son of Krypton
A Man who embodies the best of Humanity
Edit: Just have to say that Superman flying at 0:33 and 1:36 goes too hard
I’m glad I started becoming a Superman fan the beginning of this decade.
Didn't expect a Superman song, but I sure am glad if someone is to make one, it's Divide Music
This is straight fire and perfectly shows who Superman is as a person
Now this is who Superman REALLY is! Not someone who allows the evils of the world to corrupt him, like how so many story writers of today want people to believe. But a man, who uses the powers he was blessed with to protect the innocent and those who can't defend themselves from the forces of evil, no matter where it rears its ugly face!
The definition of a SUPERhero
HE FINALLY MADE ONE FOR SUPERMAN!!!!!!
"Superman's is the story of a god trying to live amongst men. It's not about if he loses a fight, but whether about he's doing the right thing. That's why he stands for truth, justice, and freedom. That's why he doesn't wear a mask. That's why he's called the Superman" -death battle.
Absolutely represented the man who symbolizes a hero to perfection this was super no pun intended nothing short of pure poetry
A song that’s embraced the spirit of the Man of Tomorrow, and strength of the first Superhero and he inspired many to follow his example, even with so many evil counterparts spring up in every media, Superman is still the Symbol for Truth and Justice.
You know why you're back here~
The most accurate Superman to his character rather than abilities in recent memory is from My Adventures with Superman. A gentle giant that wants to help more than anything else.
Superman will always remain my favorite superhero. A man with the power to move planets choosing to help and protect everyone.
My first Videogame was Superman, this brings back memorys some how, glad the Man of Steel has gotten a song from you
I definitely want DC to use this song for our Superman. This songs represents Man of Steel not because he’s god like strong but he has a will stronger to make anyone bow down to him and the people he protects❤
LOVE YOU DIVIDE! 10 SECONDS IN ITS A MASTERPIECE ALREADY!
What I love about Superman is that he doesn’t need a tragic backstory or have a obligation to help
He literally is just a hero because he has the power to do it and he just wants to help
Couldn't have said it better.
This song Perfectly Describes Superman’s Character and showing how he is a symbol of Hope.❤️🔥
The most iconic villain a couple weeks ago, and now the most iconic hero. This is peak Divide.
Awesome song as always from the GOAT Divide... so glad to see Superman getting the love he deserves, him, Batman and Spidey are FOREVER the big 3 superheroes that DEFINED what a hero is
All hope lost? Villains on the verge of victory? Death and Defeat on the Horizon?
Yep, looks like a job for Superman
This showcases EVERYTHING I love about divide music. Yes it's a superhero song, but I thought of my sister and my life the whole time. And that's still a valid way to experience it. Absolutely phenomenal.
This is a Superman Anthem! ❤️🔥
“Dreams save us. Dreams lift us up and transform us. And on my soul, I swear... until my dream of a world where dignity, honor and justice becomes the reality we all share -- I'll never stop fighting.”
― Superman
One of the 4 Superheroes on the Mount Rushmore of Heroes.
Who would the other 3 be then?🤔
@@HybridianXIX Batman, Spider-Man and Iron Man ( Possibly)
@@HybridianXIX Think its Superman Batman Spider-Man and Ironman. I am shaky on Ironman to a bit of a degree. Part of me wants to put captain America but thats my personal choice. Wolverine might be a good one there too.
@@aerostrafe1075You are totally right to think in Captain America, because he and Superman are simbols to people, they inspire and bring the idea of a Tomorrow to the common civilian
I've been wondering for YEARS when I'd get to see a Superman song by you or some others.
I love Batman and so many more but The Man of Tomorrow really deserved the same treatment.
So happy to see you step into the arena with this, it truly does Superman Justice.
That show did a better Superman death and funeral than BVS and he wasn't even dead.
I love the understanding of the characters that always goes in the DM songs! It's a super cool song that showcases how awesome it is to watch superman be strong, but every second is about how much superman cares about every single person. Phenomenal!
This is such a masterpiece. Now we need a Spider-Man Song
My G.O.A.T
The Man of Tomorrow, the symbol of hope, the one who inspires us to be a good human,my favourite superhero.
WHEN THE WEIGHT OF THE WORLD FEELS TOO MUCH TO BEEEEEAAAAAAAR
JUST REMEMBER I'LL ALWAYS BE THEEEEERE
This Superman song didn't disappoint and slaps hard while showing the principals of the Man of Steel!
I love this a lot, this needs to be seen by more Superman fans.
Superman has arrived! Let’s hope that divine continues doing more DC characters. A world’s finest and a Trinity rap would go hard.
Real
We need a solo Wonder Woman song first
@@auden4531 that’s why I said I hope he continues doing more DC characters 😇
Wooooooow, this is no longer Superman this is that Super PALADIN! Finally someone added some "Angelic vibes" to mt guy's theme because that's what he really is...
"There Truly was a Star Man. Waiting In The Sky."
Everytime I hear the "I'll save you" all I can imagine is a savior of the city after a difficult battle hovering over the city raising his fist to the air as the people do also symbolizing that together we are strong and we can fight any battle that comes our way.
