Wow!! Another fantastic design by Ben and Erin. I love that Erin generally stays true to the original style of the home. And that table is absolutely gorgeous!
I’m not from the South but I Love to hear southern accents - so great to hear people proud of them & not wanting to lose that part of their culture!, it’s beautiful. ; ))
I'm always amazed by your transformations. You keep (or add back like in this one) the character and warmth, but still do a wonderful refresh. Ben's beautiful wood projects are a huge bonus!
That dining room table is everything it is absolutely amazing, remarkable and beautiful. Can’t say that about every piece of furniture that is more than a home run!
Y'all do amazing work! That table! That porch! The kitchen and original wood work! It's all so good! So thankful y'all share what you do with the world! May the Lord continue to bless you!
My very favorite "rehab" you all have done!!! Can you tell I'm an historic house nut??? Beautiful!!! You know, as a designer myself, I see a couple little things I would have done a little differently, but that is to be expected... but, overall, a Grand Slam!!! 😊🥰😊
Love the transformation of the house exterior, the mill work you styled and cut, that table is amazing, and how you brought life to such an ugly old interior.
If Laurel had good air quality I'd move there. Sperling's Best: Air Quality Index The annual BestPlaces Air Quality Index for the Laurel area is 43 (100=best). The US average is 58. 43 / 100 This is based on new measures of hazardous air pollutants from the EPA, called the National Air Toxics Assessment. This analysis models respiratory illness and cancer risk down to the zip code level, providing better detail and insight than the previous analysis based solely on results from air monitoring stations.
It looks like a house for old people. There's no lively coloring for younger ones. If this is their taste, then more power to them. I'd die of depression in this house.
Totally not my taste at all, but the color of the house is lovely, with the white trim, so nice and fresh. Hate the trellis under the porch, it makes it look cheap. Inside is nothing I like, way too dark for me, I wish they would not have darkened that beautiful floor. Absolutely hate all that busy, overcrowding wallpaper, it makes me feel claustrophobic and nauseous The dining table is awesome. It all just screams GRANDMAAAAAA to me.

That dining table is worth a fortune. That alone would cost at least $10,000 in an upscale furniture store. It's unbelievable Ben's talent.
That table is amazing
He should sign his pieces - they're works of art! ❤

Ben's design and execution of the expanding star table are amazing! I have just three words for this reno -- "Oh my god-sh!"

The siblings are goals!
That’s how a Southern Victorian should look!
Oh, wow that's a beautiful house and table❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
Amazing transformation!

I think that this one is my favorite so far!
Gorgeous job. Only one correction. The gingerbread on victorian homes is usually machine made, which is how it could be installed affordably
We painted our house Buttercup Yellow with White trim, and Hunter Green Shutters.
We wanted our house to be welcoming and cheerful.
Table is insanely cool!!!!!!
LOVE LOVE the outside!

I wish they would have been consistent in leaving the dark wood trim. The wallpapers are beautiful!
Красивая пара!
Does anyone know what the paint color on the cabinets is?🙏🏼🤞🏼
Smart investment for them.
my favorite room was the blue bedroom. Can anyone tell me the name of that blue paint?
Creative explosion!😅❤
Less of the intro chat and more renovation please :) These two are amazing!

AMAZING !!!
Such a pretty green
I am so sad that wall paper is being used more and more. 😟
In whose memory was this episode dedicated to?
❤❤❤❤❤
So this is a holiday home?

Go design your own house.
If I see one more bird poop green house, I'm going to vomit. Why, oh why, do people like moss green? Ugh!
BRILLIANT
