The Rebirth Of The Lost Pines - Bastrop State Park in Texas!
Вставка
- Опубліковано 21 сер 2022
- We had such a great time at Bastrop State Park enjoying its rich history and being able to see the rebirth of the Lost Pines after the devastating fires in 2011. Through devastation and restoration, the park has continued to be a a beautiful stop for visitors and locals to see wildlife and the beauty of nature.
Bastrop State Park offers a variety of activities and amenities that are great for the entire family to enjoy or even just yourself! You can camp, swim, ride bikes, picnic, hike, geocache, fish, take in a nature program, and look for wildlife.

One of our favorite spots, drive into town next time the museum does an awesome job displaying the history of Bastrop. There are also a couple farmers markets in the area that are fun as well.

@Tim Campbell Yes! It’s recovering so beautifully and the park is wonderful! Thanks for taking time to watch & we hope you get to enjoy Bastrop! 🤩 Those two kids had fun but now feel it a bit in the knees! 😂😂
Nice State park. Which spots are the best there at the park? You guys talk about a new trailer possibly in the future, which one are you looking at and way? Thank you guys. Take care and keep camping!
@Robert Lacourse We thought the Piney Hills camping loop was the best because they are full hookups & pull throughs but the most scenic is the Copperas Creek camping area because the trees were salvaged and beautiful! We are looking at a Grand Design but it might be a while before we switch. Thanks for watching our video and happy camping to you! 🤩
i didnt know texas had 🌲🌲🌲
@C.I.A Texas is so unique in that there are about 5 different ecoregions! The hill county is all trees! It’s gorgeous. Texas is more than cows & cowboy boots. 😂 Thanks for watching our video. Hope you are doing great! 🤩
Are you able to provide site costs? Always wondered if there was a UA-cam rule on it. Take care you two.
@sailingbvi1 If you have a Texas State Park pass, the sites run on average $30 per day. Thanks for watching & happy camping! 🤩
