This isn't a former redarrows gnat just thought I'd let you know it's just had a paint job in redarrows colours. A lot of the gnats used by the redarrows apparently used up a lot of their fatigue life and flight hours the gnat that operate out of North Weald like this one were all former trainers
I know but since it is in the Red Arrows paint job, it could of been in the Red Arrows once. It's the same with the Hawk, they're trainer aircraft that also have the perfect shape, maneuverability and speed to be in a display team.
I was at North weald on Sunday. And this particular F Gnat was preparing for departure for its midlands airshow display
