Its sad how hard western men have to impress western women, who still end up being single despite dating very good men. Us Arabic women care more about a mans family and what our family thinks of the man. My husband and I married young and poor, we made each other better through our twenties and had fun together. American women should be seeing the potential in a good man and supporting them in making them better, but they just wait at the finish line never wanting to put in the effort to make you better, and don’t even know what a pot and pan is used for. This just my experience with American women though, I immigrated to America in 2008 while i went to high school and working at Wal mart, it culture shock me at how American women are in my region.

Rollo is so right about the black pill view being so wrong. When I was a teenager I was grossly overweight, probably a good 70 pounds or so. I was a mess with girls. I always thought, "they just don't like me cause I'm fat." In my 20s I lost all the weight and got in shape...still struggled. Eventually after years of blaming women I finally realized the problem: me. My mindset, the way I carried myself, the lens through which I viewed women and their role in my life. Chase excellence, strive to be the best version of yourself, and become a man women want. Don't do it for women -- do it for yourself.

I’m a highly accomplished woman and my Field and can testify this guy is right. I personally went on a “feminine journey” over the last 3 years because it’s becoming a lost nature of women. Thankfully I met my husband in college when we were both broke so I have no trouble with his role but this guy nailed it. I know it makes people uncomfortable but I think he’s right.

Females have been on my ass way more than normal, this is what I do:
1) Eat healthy 80% of the time and Workout 5-6 days a week (good physic)
2) Keep a nicely shaved face and dress nice if not decent
3) I work 5-6 days a week and save money weekly. Also working on a side hustle.
4) Practice confidence and good communication skills. I read a lot for self improvement

I've finally figured out what's sedating me. Both my severe, untreated ADHD and being on the internet for too long. Which is why this is going to be one of the last times I'll be on the internet for awhile, save from gathering info for writing of course. I'll be hitting the gym much more often and without a doubt, getting in shape. I've already begun exercising again and will continue to carry on more and more.

Not claiming that the factors money, muscles, psychology and frame don't matter. But when you already have a set goal in your life, you will look for someone who wants to go to that goal with you. If you and your partner aren't helping each other in creating something, and just give up the moment any difficulty arises, these factors are meaningless as they will only lead you to continuously repeat the cycle of finding new people, getting disappointed, giving up and starting over again.

Nothing fixes a guys height or a guys bad face (without serious surgery). Those 2 things put most men out of the running of being truly attractive (non transactional) to a huge percentage of reasonably attractive women, here in 2022.
Most men are taller than women. So a man who is 5'7" will be taller than the vast majority of women he comes into contact with.
A man who is 5'5" tall can always look for women that are 5'1" if he so desires.

It's that average wonen are now expecting a guy to be at least 5'10, and often at least 6 foot (especially in Europe, Australia, USA, but obviously less in Asia) Those shorter women you mentioned don't want short men because of all the options the women have online. Studies show that men under 5'6" have very little chance, even if they are successful and in shape.
